Trulieve - Tampa Hills

I have been to this dispensary twice and both times couldn’t have gone any better!! From the time you walk in to the time you leave you feel like you’re interacting with family! Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable! As long as I’m able to get here this will always be my go to dispensary!!

Such a great, patient group of consultants! This store has been my go- to since they opened two weeks ago!!

I’ve been to 5-6 Trulieves and in my opinion this is by far the best run and has the best staff. Shawn the delivery coordinator even took care of a problem other locations and the call center were not able to. He listened and made sure I could get my medicine in a timely manor. Really saved my day. It wasn’t even a delivery problem!

The location near me is always out online so went here for the first time. The had the product I wanted and they were super friendly. Jovany helped me and he was super helpful and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this location.

This location is a great find. I stopped going to Trulieve for a while after Dale Mabry went downhill. The manager Mikaylah always takes a moment to stop by if I have question or can’t find the product I’m looking for. The only problem is she’s beautiful, so I end in the store talking longer than my wife would like. It’s a good thing she doesn’t have her medical card too.

THANK GOD THEY FINALLY OPENED MORE STORES IN TAMPA. That original location on Dale Mabry is the worst. This one is the best. Never a 1 hr or more wait like before. Great selection and location and the best part is the staff!! Not one time have I been to this store I didnt walk away happy about the product, the price and the people working there.

You never know if what they have listed on the website is what you can really order or not. They change products out on you without asking. Their employees get irritated with you because we the patients get upset about the misinformation they cause. Manager here Andrew is uncaring and rude.

Favorite dispensary always great help. Assisted today by Amber and Sean who both did a great job and made everything easy.

My last visit was again worth reviewing. Caitlin took great care of me by offering a couple of strains that had not been available when I ordered, including Ground TruFlower at 26%! Yes, I’m a good customer for a reason, and the people at this location definitely make the difference! Five stars as usual!

Visited Trulieve's Hillsborough location for the 3rd time, I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Alfred. Alfred was a WEALTH of information, gave me EXCELLENT ADVICE and was SUPER Nice! I see Trulieve hires only the Best! From Security to management! Trulieve's meds are the best of any dispensary I have visited and I have visited all Tampa dispensaries. yes I am a TRULIEVER!

Decarlo and Cierra are AMAZING! Great vibes, wonderful hospitality and delicious goodies. My favorite location.
