Trulieve - Tampa Busch Gardens

I have had my medical card for 3 years! I have never received the customer service assistance until meeting Amanda S. at the Tampa Busch location! Grade “A” service. She was kind to look for anything I asked about without the bat of any eye! To you Amanda I say thank you so much and I hope I get to have you help me again!

First of all this is my favorite AND ONLY dispensary location that I use. Everyone here is so friendly, happy, and willing to help and explain any questions you have. Marissa was so patient with me and explained everything to me very well with the new products. Will forever use this location. Thank you for truly caring about your patients ♥️

I love this place. This is my go to store. It is only five minutes away. The staff is always friendly. I recommend placing your order online and then waiting for your order to be ready to go pick it up. The service is quick. I go in and I am quickly out. The store is always clean. They have a security officer on the premise.

Had to review this Trulieve. I stick with Trulieve because their Med. Can. is the best around. Flower and Concentrates. Problem has always been the service for me. The location by the Busch Gardens park is amazing. Always welcoming. This last problem I did have a problem with my order and the manager Tom Heavens listened.... actually listened to me and made sure I was taken care of. I really appreciate that type of caring service. Marissa was my budtender and she took great care of me too. Really great personality and you could tell she truly cared about my time there. I'll always go to this one location because of people like them.

I just want to say that Trulieve Busch location is by far my spot. The staff is AMAZING and so friendly. I'm so glad that I have a place where I can where everybody knows my name!!! CHEERS!!!

Very welcoming staff. Very rarely a wait, except for sale days. Always attentive. They pay attention to their customers and remember you each time you come in. :) Miss the wax though

This place is great. I had the pleasure of being helped by Keishla and the manager Ted. They had me in and out on a Friday morning in less than 15 minutes. This is super convenient for those in the Busch Gardens area, rather than the congestion that usually occurs at the Dale Mabry location. Picked up three nice strains: Cross of the Titans, Gorilla Grapes, and Purple Wookie. If you order online and do the mobile check in, you will ensure accuracy for your order and save time. Looking forward to Mini Monday 😊

Last Friday I went to Trulieve too pick up an order,and man were they busy. I got AWESOME help from a PRICELESS SET OF SUPER LADIES !! They were over loaded with people and kept there professionalism !! TARINA, MERCEDES, and ANDREA were the only ones there, but they kept it moving!!!
