I have had my medical card for 3 years! I have never received the customer service assistance until meeting Amanda S. at the Tampa Busch location! Grade “A” service. She was kind to look for anything I asked about without the bat of any eye! To you Amanda I say thank you so much and I hope I get to have you help me again!

First of all this is my favorite AND ONLY dispensary location that I use. Everyone here is so friendly, happy, and willing to help and explain any questions you have. Marissa was so patient with me and explained everything to me very well with the new products. Will forever use this location. Thank you for truly caring about your patients ♥️

I went to this location yesterday & it’ll probably be the ONLY location I’ll go back too ! The atmosphere was great . I had Alexis help me & she is very professional & sweet ! I’ll be back !

I had a great visit.. Alexis was very helpful also full of knowledge. She is very professional also cares about her customers and their needs. Service was so good I expressed that I would be back the next day.

Had to review this Trulieve. I stick with Trulieve because their Med. Can. is the best around. Flower and Concentrates. Problem has always been the service for me. The location by the Busch Gardens park is amazing. Always welcoming. This last problem I did have a problem with my order and the manager Tom Heavens listened.... actually listened to me and made sure I was taken care of. I really appreciate that type of caring service. Marissa was my budtender and she took great care of me too. Really great personality and you could tell she truly cared about my time there. I'll always go to this one location because of people like them.

I love this place. This is my go to store. It is only five minutes away. The staff is always friendly. I recommend placing your order online and then waiting for your order to be ready to go pick it up. The service is quick. I go in and I am quickly out. The store is always clean. They have a security officer on the premise.

The first and only dispensary I will visit. 10/5 stars.
