Trulieve - Port Orange

This is the worst dispensary in the entire area! Trulieve has products that are defective and just don't work. If you need to count on your medicine this is not the place for you. Surterra Wellness (a few miles away) has better products and they get you in and out in 10 minutes. I have now been to the Port Orange Trulieve 5 times, I received two defective products and waited over 30 minutes the other 3 times before I walked out pissed. Buyer beware. I would not count on this service, their products, or their customer service. I asked for the manager to call me to set it right and have not received that call yet. The State needs to look into the products they are selling and force them to produce products that aren't this poorly made. I was told by the staff that 20% of their carts are returned. Wow! Run away!

Zach was extremely helpful. He answered every single question I had and made very helpful suggestions on what would best suit my needs. Every visit to this location is always very helpful
