My experience at this Trulieve in Palm Beach Gardens was exceptional! It should be voted as #1 in Palm Beach County. Amber was such an awesome bud tender, She was knowledgeable about product and super nice! The whole staff is friendly and welcoming. They've made a loyal customer out of me for sure. 10/10!

First time visiting this store. Unbelievable customer service. Alex had so much patience with my newbie questions and worked to point me on a selection to help my symptoms. I would HIGHLY recommend this dispensary and definitely ask for ALEX if you can!

Josh and Ashley were my bud tenders today at the boca raton location and I must say they bring a positive vibe to the establishment. Keep up the good work.

Compared to all the other dispos in the area this one has the most quality bud sunburn has good bud but it’s expensive and not quality that I’m use to being a Colorado native. curleaf had the worst flower of them all same with Saturra. Only thing comparable is müv but there prices are way higher so this matches my quality. A lot of there strains have taste in them unlike other dispos. Very caky and fruity. Edibles hit very well . Only negative I would say is the wait time and parking but that’s palm beach for you

I've been to every dispensary in the area and this one is hands down the best I've been helped multiple times by Mike M. He always has a positive attitude and always makes sure that I'm happy. He is a big reason along with a few others that work there why I always go here

Every time I am paired with Arran as my bud tender. He is very knowledgeable and friendly, just like the rest of the staff. I have positive experiences every time at this location.

Trulieve Palm Beach Gardens is finally here!! Thank god for this location and that I could walk here if I needed to. (which could also be a bad thing 😉) I wanted to give this location a few tries before I gave a review! Customer service: Every associate has been super friendly and very helpful with various types of products. Prices are as expected and the quality of cannabis is premium as always. Trulieve has never been my favorite dispensary but always been near the top. PBG Trulieve is my top spot as of late though. So keep up the great work and I'll keep on spending my money!

Amber was so nice, I there was a problem with something I ordered, she was so nice & helpful! When I came in, I got lucky enough to meet her. She was very informative & remembered talking to me earlier. This place rocks! I couldn’t be more happier with the north lake store & all the people in it. Thanks again!

Went to trueleaf pga got a wax it was all liquid brought it back in and the Manger said he would have bought what I took back in so he give me another one and I get home and it just like the other one all liquidy so they should check then before they give to the customer so this don't happen again not happy with my order

I have been going here for 2 years and loved the place. They made a huge mistake and over dispensed me 7000 mg on my inhalation making it impossible for me to make any purchases for more than 2 weeks. When I found the mistake and brought it to their attention they did absolutely nothing to correct or rectify the situation. Horrible experience that left me without medication for more than 2 weeks.

I’m very surprised to see the high reviews. I have been to many dispensaries but this store is chronically understaffed and takes hours to process online orders. The staff are not very knowledgeable of their products either. So if you are hoping for guidance in selecting a product, do your research at home first. Do not use the online ordering system, because your order will not be filled until you pick it up. You will also be out in the same waiting queue as walk ins. This place is not worth the headache. I placed an online order yesterday at 11:36 am. I never received an email about my order being laced but it did show up online under my account. Around 3:30 pm, I still had not received a text update that my order had been filled and still had not received an email. So I called customer service, who suggested the store as busy and was advised to head to the store directly so that I could get my order filled. I went to the store and checked in at 6:56 pm. I explained the issue at check in and was told that there is only one person filling online orders and she is also the check in person. I was told my order was not filled and there was a waiting room full of people. I was advised my order would be filled in about 30 minutes. At 7:56 pm, I was finally called in for my order. It took approximately 25 minus to fill and the budtender made several mistakes filling my order that I had to correct. As I was wrapping up my order, two gentleman came in. They complained about waiting an hour and 20 minutes as walkin clients and asked for something to compensate them for their time. They were told that they’d be hooked up. While I’m happy the gentlemen were accommodated, I am disappointed that my complaints to multiple employees regarding the issue with my order was brushed off. I understand that staffing is an issue and that mistakes happen. However, online orders should be expedited when these mistakes happen. That did not happen in this case. There were at least 5 other folks who had place online orders in the morning that were never filled and were forced to wait in the line same line as walk-in clients.
