I made an order online to pick up after work, and though they were out of one of the items, called very promptly and were very helpful in helping me choose a substitute over the phone. Everyone I interacted with, be it in person or over the phone, was just lovely. I checked in online and only waited a few minutes to pick up my chocolate and wax with Jason A at the express window. He was very friendly and made an effort to pronounce my name correctly, which I very much appreciate! He also made great conversation while working through the process and explained everything he did, and made sure to double check that my order was correct. Definitely helped turn around a long day at work!! Thank you!

I love my trulieve family. Your employees are amazing. A big shout out to Isaac Machado.....TY Harper.. For their patience and great customer service. I feel like family when im there. Every time I come its a great experience here the employees are awesome, gotta shout out Kenny. Trulieve’s product may not be the best best across all Florida dispensaries but you can tell everyone truly enjoys their job here and that makes the patient experience that much better.

This location is “Truli” the best of all. I visit regularly other dispensaries until this one. Forever my place to go for my medicine. what good is placing “online express orders” when you have to wait 45 mins in the lobby with all the walk ins?!! dear God please let other dispensaries get edibles so I can stop coming here. SLOW in store SLOW DELIVERY (4 days plus $15 charge). Bud is overpriced and their made up strains barely get you high

Amanda and Katrina were absolutely amazing. I am new to the medical marijuana scene and they took their time to answer any and all questions I had! They were so helpful and friendly. I actually went back a week or so later and Amanda remembered me, our conversation and even asked if their advice helped! I drive here, even tho it is not the closest, because of service like this!!

So I’ve been coming to this location for about a year or less but I always get a different person and some rushed me off or just didn’t make me feel happy to be shopping there . On today I got Brooke she was absolutely amazing professional, knowledgeable, Quick, and efficient and a smile behind the mask. I was so impressed I spoke with her store manager name Disney to let her know. Of course I’ll be back but I hope I get Brooke Thou 😁
