Trulieve - Miami Gardens

Overall the flower here is okay. The service inside was pretty good, but the service over the phone was TERRIBLE! All I wanted to know was if they had flower available at their Miami Gardens location because sometimes what they have listed on leafly is not the most up to date inventory and the lady on the phone wanted me to give her my first and last name, my patient ID, my date of birth, like LADY.. all I want to know is do you have flower available, YES OR NO, simple. needless to say, I hung up and won't be coming back unless its an emergency.

It's so convenient for me plus the employees are great, Jorge fully let me understand all the different ways and effect that help me with my illness. I will be definitely going back to this location.

I was assisted by a employee named Reuben who is a “Pc” as I was told by several other employees there. He gave me the worst customer service I have ever experienced in ANY medical marijuana dispensary EVER. Not impressed and won’t be coming back ever.

I've been to a few other Trulieve's and they are all good. This one is my favorite The staff are really nice and I always feel welcomed.Thanks Jorge, the topical is taking affect starting to feel much better

I went in about 2 months ago for my first time at a dispensary and I was helped by a guy named Steven. He was so helpful and helped me pick out what I wanted. I’ve been going ever since and still have a great time!

First time patient. Steven was incredibly knowledgeable and eager to assist. Left with the right products(Stardawg minis, Skywalker minis, SSD vape cartridge w/battery, and 1 TruClear Clm Syringe)—top notch quality, btw—and have experienced much relief. Definitely will shop here again.

Absolutely love this place, it was the first place I went when I got my card, and it is my go to every time I need to purchase my medical cannabis products. They always have a great selection, if there is one thing that is frustrating about these Florida dispensaries it is the availability, but it seems that every time I come here I am never disappointed. David the manager is extremely helpful and always finds a way to have me leaving satisfied with my purchase, as well as employees Jose and Steven. Definitely recommended!

Los parqueos son estrechos y pocos. No tienen un área para uno estar esperando afuera comododamente. También me molesta que sigan un protocolo de pandemia"!,el cual no existe en la mayoría de lugares,no permitiendo que uno lleve a un invitado como antes. Tampoco da nada a todos los que consumimos más de 150 dólares y más en sus productos ! Solo al principio daban alguna camiseta,o pluma electrónica,ect... Solo saben jugar con supuestos descuentos de productos que están elevados en precios. Los empleados son muy agradables, y es lo más valioso que tienen ( vendedores con carisma para Uno seguir comprando buena mercancía! Pero como todo!! Subida de precios !!.

Hello everybody " just wanted to write a review about trulieve Miami Gardens on 47th ave Because every-time i go there its fast to get into the back where they keep the medicine" there always friendly to me , and best of all they always have what i am looking for . Steven always hooks me up with the latest products and has always been upfront and knowledgeable about their products and services to me." From returning broken faulty products to reprinting me new proofs of scripts for my medicine when i lost them. Thank you again trulieve Miami Gardens , and strongly recommend them to everyone who needs some supreme medical, if your smart youll check them out and you wont be dissapointed !!!!"

I have been here several times, and I've been helped by amazing staff members. I am terrible with names but the one that sticks out is Jorge. He is extremely knowledgeable, and his recommendations are always exactly what I am looking for.

Every single time I place an order here and no matter how many hours I wait I never ever get messages that my orders are ready. The main reason is they post items on the site they do not have. ITS THE SAME THING EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! Doesn't matter what time of the day or even if you refresh the page and a new item shows up IT WILL NOT BE THERE. The stock takers at this location are nothing but brain dead stoners and are clueless as to how to actually work at a job in almost a year I have never ever gotten what I wanted at this place. There is never anybody in the store but the wait in unbelievable, the parking is the worst you will either have a car park so close to you that you cannot open your door or you will have dings from that. They do not store there concentrates upright so what happens is when you get home the stuff leaked out and is all over the place. They will try to give you something lesser you didn't order and won't say anything to you so ALWAYS READ THE LABEL BEFORE YOU EXCEPT AN ITEM FROM THEM......... MASTERS OF THE BAIT AND SWITCH.
