Trulieve - Longwood

Website is jacked up, they can't use the correct logos and throw people off. Been going here for 2 years and have spent over 10k and yall won't see another dime from me. The only good think about this company is their return policy, other then that it's the walmart of dispensaries. Took a manager 3 times to give me the correct pen I ordered and then act like you are an inconvenience to them.

I really liked this Trulieve (Longwood FL) location most, great staff, just wanted to mention a couple of people I met and give them props, Mr. Ramon, Kyle at checkout and even thank the security guard for a great conversation. 5 stars all the way.

Buy ur bud here this place is amazing i’m super anxious going anywhere especially after the pandemic but Basil from the longwood location made me feel safe, like there was no stupid question to be asked! thank you guys so much!

Everyone there so far has been very warm and welcoming. I feel at ease when I walk into this specific trulieve location, I don’t feel this level of comfort at other locations. On the front end, the Gentlemen who does security is the most accommodating! He always asks if I need something to drink, and is friendly and talkative. In the showroom, Kyle is my favorite dispenser! While dispensing my big order he didn’t make it awkward with silence, and we talked about different strains and the like. I will try my best to only come see him!

Everyone is so warm and welcoming!! Wade does his job very well! Very helpful and knows very much about the products! He’s never failed me when I tell him my symptoms. I’ve seen him about 4 times so I know his attitude is very consistent! Very well pleased with his customer service!!

This was my first visit to Trulieve. My budtender Kelley was amazing! She was efficient, knowledgeable and helped me save a few bucks. She suggested 9lb hammer for my insomnia and I slept last night for the first time in years without any additional sleep meds. I also purchased GSC as well and find it’s a great daytime hybrid for me. She explained how the concentrates can be used to fill my own vape cartridges, which will save me some money buying prefilled.

Alex and Charlie were very helpful and patient with me while I purchase some of the Paradise Waits Trucrumbl. The product was an amazing sativa and had me medicated for an hour at a good level :)

The customer service at this location is insane - not only are the speedy and informative but there is no one person at this location that didn’t make me feel welcome. I had to wait in my car because the line was long - but only for 5 mins (so quick in comparison to some of the other ones in the orlando area) i had Kelly help me pick out products and she was so informative and nice! Def got my bucks worth too!! will be back soon!!

The staff and choices here are excellent! Mehki, Adam and everyone here are super friendly n helpful. Would recommend them and gettin on their text list to not miss out on any specials. Ground flower is a steal on Thur mornings, just gotta get up at 8am and go online to make sure you can grab your 2 before they sell out!

What a nice dispensary. From the front desk to those filling my order, all were top notch! Katie was very helpful and explained everything I needed to know. She was fantastic!

I liked the speed as well as the customer service. It was the day after my birthday when i went in and everyone was so kind. The budtender Kyle was amazing. He was very good about giving opinions which helped me to find a product best for me.

I can’t say a bad thing about this dispensary. It’s clean and I always feel safe walking in. The staff are all amazing and you don’t ever feel rushed. Definitely recommend checking it out. Kyle is one of my favorite bud tenders to handle any questions I have for anything. Shoutout to Kyle!!
