Trulieve - Daytona Beach

this is the hardest place to call in . they never answer the phone then when you go there they dont have the product they advertise grow healthy is much better and more honest about what is in stock THEY ANSWER THE PHONE!!!

The service for me as a first time patient was not the best. It was a 40 minute wait and I was skipped in line. The atmosphere was uncomfortable very low energy. The product as always was great but not too hype about the experience.

The staff were very helpful. Nice place.

I experienced such great customer service from Alana. She’s was extremely helpful and so patient. She answered all my questions and even gave me suggestions that were a better option to what I was selecting. She went above and beyond within her customer service.

Always clean, friendly, never close their doors early.

If there is NEVER any inventory for people what does quality, service, or atmosphere matter. You should limit the quantity of EACH product per person so other people who work and cant be there when doors open have a chance. Also tell your reps not to tell people to get up at 6 :30 a.m. a to catch inventory restock and nothing is stocked, utter BS!!

Came in to ur dispensary looking for pain relief and one of ur employees was very helpful making sure I received the right medication. Her name is Jade. Excellent customer service!

I just wanted to take the time to recognize a few exceptional employees: Erica, Christopher, Stephen, Dakota, Vincent and there are two others that I unfortunately do not know the names of that typically work in the reception area that are incredible. Every time they go above and beyond and provide the most excellent service. As a whole, this location is always clean, efficient and gives a pleasurable experience.

I’m done here. They bait and switch, on the menu but all gone then up sell you to a lesser product. They don’t care at all about the customer. Too many dispensary choices to act like that!

Only downfall was their card reader wasn't working so I spent an hour waiting until they finally asked me to just get cash out of the ATM

Recently visited the newly opened Trulieve dispensary on International Drive, in Daytona Beach. I am a Military Veteran and since receiving my card, have visited all of the dispensaries in the area. This is far and away the best one! and here is why... When I arrived, I was greeted with kindness. They were very efficient in processing my back. My Consultant was Lilly, and let me say, she brought the customer service to another level! Lilly knew her inventory, was articulate in describing the product, had “Spot On” suggestions for their product across the spectrum! Thank you Trulieve for setting up shop in Daytona, and hiring such a valuable asset as Lilly.
