Trulieve - Bonita Springs

Today was my best visit to trulieve ever and not because of the amazing product i got but this time Anthony the gentleman with glasses really went so far above and beyond expectations and was extremely patient and just made the experience so pleasant! I hope he is there every time now!!!

To all my fellow patience. I know trying to find relief with MMJ products is and can be a overwhelming with a lot of work. With the constant changes in MMJ industry. I’m sure dispensaries and Doctors are overwhelmed like us patients. It’s a lot of info and options to choose from. Ive have 5 medical diagnosis that have made life tough in the past 2 years. For the last year I’ve tried all the dispensaries and a lot of products. Up until a week ago I would say Trulieve was #1. MMJ has help me in more ways then any of the 27 pills and patches they want me to wear did. Getting quality medicine is important but most of all is the cannabinol profile so you can match your cannabinoids in your body to product so you get health, wellness, and curing ailments. Trulieve has all the information, consistent quality in any and all products. A week ago i go into Trulieve Bonita. Unfortunately I received product that was less then quality. The next time i was able to get out of my bed i took products and exchanged just to get more product less then quality. I was not able to return to exchange and so i had to called. 8448785438. There corporate number. I chose MMJ over 27 synthetic pills. Everyone is different and because of my aliments I cant risk anything. I had to switch out a lot of product multiple times within that time frame of getting those poor products. I thought because of the corporate structure I had lost my product and money for this month. Not only was I panicking because of health. Poor products jeopardize more then my health. It didn’t matter who i talked to. Wether it was a team member in the Trulieve at Bonita or the do diligent work of the people on the other side of the phone. The customer service and compassion along with understanding of importance. Trulieve did more then they had to because of that commitment and care. I’ll always say Trulieve is and always will be the choice for me. Trulieve delivers on all fronts. First time I’ve ever had a problem. Testing there customer service which is fantastic and extremely helpful. Trulieve has products that are healing people. If you do get the wrong product they go above and beyond to restore the balance and peace we search for as human beings.

Always a good experience for me personally at the Bonita trulieve. While I normally would know exactly what I want when I come here, I was a bit tight on money and indecisive coming through the doors just about 10 minutes before they closed in search of some relief after a long busy day at work. Despite the crunch for time I managed to get exactly what I was looking for thanks to the awesome people who worked that night. I want to especially give thanks to Tony, Michael, and Charles for helping me without making me feel rushed at all even though I know they probably had a long day themselves. Awesome employees who treat you well, and amazing products that speak for themselves. 5/5*!

The location and storefront layout are a welcome upgrade from the North Fort Myers location. When I come in it usually isn't remotely busy. The reception team are insightful and polite. I haven't had to wait longer than twenty minutes during my several visits. My last patient consultants, Shelby and Nikai, were very helpful with my slightly complex online order. They were knowledgeable and made the transaction process quick and painless. :) This location is also well stocked. With deliveries on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, it's reassuring that you can be a "walk-in" most of the time on most days and still be able to get loose flower. Trulieve's products are only getting better as well. Whether it be concentrate or loose flower, you're getting a quality product the consultants themselves believe in and stand behind. Trulieve also has amazing patient/customer service. Everyone is there to help you in any way they can if you have a genuine issue with your medicine or devices they sell. Trulieve is setting the example for effective Florida dispensaries and their new Bonita Springs location makes accessing their medicine so much easier than before for people living in the South West Florida area.

Bonita Springs Trulieve location is great! I have been in 4 times now and during each visit the staff has been very helpful and very pleasant. Charles S. is especially fantastic! I was a loyal customer of Trulieve Bonita and have spent over $100 with them since being certified. Yesterday changed my mind when they refused to help me with a defective vaping device they had sold me, despite it having a lifetime warranty. Time to give the other dispensaries a chance.

I get delivery. Excellent service. Great products. I wish they would get culinary strain more often. That is my favorite strain. I am a ex marine. I was a machine gunner in 1969. I have a case of ptsd. Cullivary strains is the only strain that works for me. Og rich Naples fl.

Trulieve (Bonita Springs) is gets 5 stars across the board.. Trulieve as a company has never disappointed! But the Bonita location- the waiting/check-in room is much larger (in comparison to N. Ft myers location) with more seating & space. It is much larger than N ft. Myers, but also serves all of Collier & south lee. So there is probably twice as many tenders in the back. All around excellent experience! Product ✔️ Staff/Customer Service ✔️ (Trulieve will make sure you get a product you are satisfied with!) AND another huge plus is trulieve has the largest variety of product(form, strain & effect specific, multiple forms of concentrate!)
