The people were not friendly. At all. No time for questions about product. Rushed in and out. Will not return. Too bad, they have a pretty good concentrate selection and price. Just service sucks.

I made an online order at opening time today. I recieved an email nearly 2 hrs later that they didn't have what I ordered so I gave them a substitution and they never replied. I called 2 hrs later, now 4 hrs after I ordered, and asked about my order and was told I could come pick it up. I drive there and they tell me that they dont have either of the items I selected........This is medicine, ever go to a pharmacy and have them tell you they dont have the meds you need but to go ahead and buy this other medicine because it's almost as good??? Boooooooo!

The quality of the product looks good. However, my bud tender was arrogant, yelled at me while I was at his counter because I put my index finger on a jar to point to it and then told me he’d label my product so I knew what was indica and what was sativa. He was also in a hurry to get me out of there when there wasn’t anyone in the waiting area. I’m used to budtenders being friendly and not rushing you with your purchase. This place is expensive and I haven’t tried my products yet, but they look good. I probably won’t be back only because of my experience. That’s enough to make me not want to go through that again. At other dispensaries I’ve been able to describe my surgical pain and ailments and get some good recommendations. I have had my card almost a year and am not quite perfectly well versed in the product, but still, be decent, be kind and don’t belittle your customers. Not a good experience for me. I’m a 44 yo woman with cancer, kidney issues and a status post Achilles’ tendon rupture. I’ve been medicating a while, but always like to make sure I’m getting the best product for my ailments. I really love the other dispensaries in Mesa. The people have been kind. Again, my bud tender was not very kind. So I won’t be back.

All of the people that work there are friendly and knowledgeable. I took more than a few minutes of Shelbi's time while she listened to my needs and made suggestions. I will keep coming back!

Service was awesome! It was fast and easy. I will definitely go back!

great place amazing people, very helpful , unfortunately bud tender recommended pure trash and dry flower preroll aka caviar pre roll , lucky me I got extra flower the same day THAT that was fire!!!

Everything is decent. But this location lacks on deals compared to nearby competitors. Who the hell skips deals on Thursday and Friday? Anyway, the quality of meds here are decent. Nothing extraordinary. They did a great job the lobby area. Budtenders have always came across professional and chill.

the staff was awesome. sweet and so welcoming. they were also very educational. loved the atmosphere and overall service. not only that but the tax for rec is so much cheaper than most disp. I love that!! it's the furthest dispo from me but worth the drive!!!

Very friendly staff. They work quickly to get people in and out. Very efficient and they will help you with whatever you need.

The lady who does to go orders, Meredith, is always awesome! Always has a smile and makes an effort to genuinely create rapport with customers and patients. Even on my grumpy days, I walk out TruBliss with a smile on my face, usually because of Meredith. On a more general note - TruBliss is always on point, specifically in terms of promptness. Even today, on Black Friday, I was in and out within 15 minutes - even though there was a line out the door! These are a couple of reasons as to why I’ve been a loyal TruBliss patron since they opened, and will continue to be so! Much love to the team. Other dispensaries, take note!

Poor service. I called in today and asked to see if I had referral credit on file and was told I had to drive all the way in to find out. I have never been told that by any other dispensary. Again poor service.

Had so much fun yesterday I just had to come back for more. Dayna took care of my list in short order. Very nice place.

I really wanna like this place. The budtenders are always really friendly and I prefer to support them over nearby competitors. But they need to get some better brands in there, where’s the Grow Sciences?

People are friendly, I have always been treated great, however! I was not happy about the fact that I placed an order super early in the am and when I picked up my order it wasn’t even half of what I had ordered, never got a text never was notified, it was obvious that someone took more then half of my order either for themselves or for a friend, potent planet is the only thing that works for me, and I’m a disappointed that I don’t feel secure about ordering my product and feel 100% that it’s waiting for me when I pick it up, the manager was nice and gave me 15% off Of my order

this is my FTP review. I walked in to the huge dispensary. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist. she was hella nice. didn't catch her name but the vibes was right ya dig. I signed the paperwork. I sat down all but 5 minutes. out came my bud tender. fam was cooler than a mf. seems like he already read my mind on the flower I wanted. we chopped it up a little. even told some jokes together about meds and other dispensaries. bagged up some of the LOUDEST GASSSSSSSSSS of OG Pie and Wedding Cake Gelato. Gave my mans the elbow bump, left a happy customer. ima say this, I live in surprise so the drive and TREES were worth the experience.
