Floyd's Fine Cannabis on 28th

i went there and i bought a quarter ounce, and i got the weed and it ended up looking less than a quarter, and i thought that when i got it. Then the next day i weigh it because it looks like there is a very little amount left and it said i only have 2 grams. so what that is saying is that i’ve smoked 5 grams in a day?? I know for a fact i didn’t smoke that much weed yesterday and if you do this at a dispensary you don’t deserve business

Been a customer at this dispensary since i was 22 i am 24 now. I have the right to be angry about being carded mutiple times and the way the employee wit the blue hair (the shorter one) disrespectfully responded to me about it an then slammed the door before i could say anything back to her is NOT cool. You can't have good customer service when your always putting your trainees at the front door. HORRIBLE STRATEGY. If it was YOU at the window instead. (yes im talking you shorter blue haired girl) we wouldnt be having this issue but NOPE instead theres a new person at the door everytime i decide to buy more weed.

Little shop with a really cool budtender. Quality stuff and easy in and out.

false advertising I normally don't right reviews, but this is the third Sunday in a row that I've come to this store to get there $30 top shelf deal, each and every time I've walked out of there paying more than $30. today, the bud tender tried his best, but go no help from management and had to tell me and 2 other customers that the top shelf eighths were $36 now, not the advertised $30. the store by Reed college is right next to my house but I will never set foot in this shop again. I feel sorry for the bud tender left there alone to deal with angry customers he can't fulfil the advertised deal. I would recommend avoiding this shop, if they can't live up to advertising, who knows what kind of other shady dealings they may participate in.

This has been a favorite dispensary of mine since it began. The prices were very competitive, and amazing product existed. However, it seems like everything has started to take a downward turn. From prices, quality, and quantity allowed, to the atmosphere. The staff are fine. They seemed friendly, though frustration and lack of patience was evident. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place anymore to anyone. Other dispensaries closer to my location will now be where I shop. Besides, more competitive prices and better quality do exist elsewhere.

I was just in a few days ago. Super cute shop, clean, and organized. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Great setup. Prices are wonderful as well! I will be going back in soon.

It was my second visit, and each time with a different budtender I received exemplary service and a unique conversation. Both times recommended strains were fire! I will be coming back a lot more :)

This is my favorite dispensary, sadly it’s currently staffed by my least favorite people. They are going through some growing pains and too many cooks in the kitchen when making decisions. They have competitive prices. Just pay attention to the color stickers. They change that up a lot but never change the menu. They put limits below what the legal limit is to buy and then treat you like you’re the asshole when you ask why you can only buy 7 grams.

I traveled pretty far to come here. Over an hour of travel time. I was looking for a specific strain that works best for me and my needs. They had what I needed at a really great price for the quality! The staff seemed knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful! I am very much thinking of coming back here again later and would recommend this place to my friends. Wish I lived closer though!

THEY RIPPED ME OFF! Spent a Ton, (A TON) of money here over the Last few months. They over charged me by about $7 on last purchase, I'm medical Think they charged me Tax or something, maybe he wanted weed too, maybe he pocketed the Extra? Anyway,,,, Went back to get my money back or credit after it hit me,,,(I have brain cancer, don't think as fast) I got ripped off! Terrible customer service. I was served by a rude lady named Angela with the worst customer service I’ve ever had. She then told me that she didn’t have to serve me, and so i agreed and when i asked for her name she refused to give it to me, but I read it in enough time before she covered it. She then stormed to the back and the manager on duty came to serve me by the name of Alisha. When I told her my complaint her only recommendation was that if I come in and see Angela again to go to a different dispensary. I was very shocked that this was coming from the manager on duty !!! This was very sad seeing that I come in and spend my money in Floyd’s at least 3 to 4 times a week. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

William is awesome. He takes his time and does bud tending right. Got a $48 OZ of Vortex. I haven't paid less than 50 bucks for an OZ since the 70's. And it's GOOD! Worth the 10 mile bike ride from the hinterlands. Ah'll be BAHCK! lol

Called for help twice and was hung up on by budtender who didnt seem to be capable of answering my question

I love Floyd's Broadway deals but some of the crew is squirrelly.

Usually I have a good time with Floyds. I bought 2 cartridges today and they did not give me a receipt. They gave me the wrong cartridges and were very rude about how it was my fault I didn't double check before they put it in the sealed exit bag. I spent over $100 today and was told they couldn't DO ANYTHING for me and that I messed up not getting the receipt. they have something on their register stating that if they don't give out a receipt it is automatically $5 off your next order. The manager told me it wasn't their fault and the manager couldn't do that for me. I am extremely hurt and extremely disappointed.

THIEVES! DO NOT SHOP HERE. Placed an online order on 2/4/21 which included prerolls and 4 edibles. Went and picked up the goods, got outside and realized 2 out 4 of the edibles were missing. Got right back in line to go back inside. Once inside, they refused to fill the order even with my receipt and literally being inside minutes before. LAST TIME EVER shopping here.

I wanted to write a post because this place doesn't have many and out of the reviews it does have, one is just a customer shitting on the place because they couldn't clearly read that the prices were BEFORE tax, lol. This was the first dispensary I ever walked into, and the budtenders here are still my favorite out of all dispensaries I've been to since. The bud is VERY good quality for price, I have trouble finding a place with better deals for a decent ounce. I usually come here for their cheap-yet-potent ounces, but I've also taken advantage of their current top shelf sunday deal and tried an eighth of their best bud. Blew me away. So potent. I've since found higher THC top shelf weed elsewhere but its still hard to beat that sunday deal. I really wish I could afford to get more-- and on any day!! But until then, I'll continue to rely on those gloriously inexpensive ounces to get me through the month. (maybe more like two weeks.)

From start to finish my experience here was not good. Poor customer service. Poor environment. Poor product. I wish I would have walked out before my purchase. The girl working here made me feel rushed from the moment I walked in the door. It’s mostly because she was busy I’m sure but at the same time it stressed me out. Jus relax. It’s jus selling weed. Don’t take your job or yourself to seriously. Besides you work for tips. Make people feel uncomfortable and they are a lot less likely to give you gratuity. I mean I get it you’re the only buddtender and it’s busy but suck it up. Also the place is tiny. Like one or two ppl at a time. So yeah if one or more ppl show up it’s a nightmare. Last but not least. I asked for shatter and I got some last run/shake/leaf/blasted onto some wax paper that I wouldn’t let my dog smoke (jus kidding I don’t have a dog). So with that TRU I say good day!

came in on Sunday and the shop smelled like ass...not a good start. there was a really ridiculous exchange between the budtenders and the customer in front of me over processing two transactions for each person. Totally unnecessary to have two people handling this in such a small shop already. By the time I was up there were at least 3 people waiting behind me. Flower is meh, super old but cheap. The OR Blackberry I picked up has zero effect on me. I came in once prior on a Friday night and it was a totally different scene, two friendly girls were working and the flower was a step above meh.

Inside of a house which was first for me, great deals for great weed. Staff wasn't very talkative which is a good thing IMO. Will be my new go to
