For the last few weeks, been quite. Disappointed, very little high quality. Indica, your supply is definitely. Not keeping up with. Demand, hope this changes, before you lose me ,and others to other. Dispensaries. Soon, please.. Kevin

This is a first class establishment. Always clean, relaxed and friendly! When the state put restrictions on their sales they have complied and are now rebuilding the stocks....I will stick by them and look forward to returning to their normal operations!!! I’ve NEVER had a poor experience at Triple M in Mashpee. The staff is friendly, helpful and dedicated to helping customers find the right strain for their needs.

Knowledgeable, Compassionate, and Friendly staff. The store is clean and comfortable. I highly recommend Triple M, and will refer to friends.

I like Triple M. The edibles are good, flower is worth trying all the strains. My only gripe here is it's sort of small, 2 tenders. Overall I would send people.

What makes this 'my dispensary of choice' is both the location and the personnel. The location is nicely nearby and discreet. Now the people are why I would stay or go elsewhere and in this case, I very much appreciate the level of professionalism and the effort given to please their clientele. Multiple times input by the staff altered my purchase in a positive way: by teaching me the difference from one item to the next, or by asking what I 'was looking to achieve' with this purchase... and offering suggestions to potentially reach my goal. The atmosphere. What atmosphere?

Today was my first visit to triple m-Mashpee and I shouldn't have even bothered. I pre-ordered on Leafly at 10.01 am since they open at 10.00 am and it's 45 minutes away. I got a message saying that they sold out of the vape that I am specifically driving there for and if I would like to substitute. I ask if it's indica heavy like my original choice. No response. I check in, registration as a new patient (10% discount) and I get let into the back which looks more like a pawn shop but anyway... A woman and man are behind glass cases and I asked the man about my original vape choice and the woman barked that we have many orders ahead of you and other things have sold out too. So I asked about the vape replacement, whether it was a indica or sativa and he had no idea and she said no indica, only sativas. I paid for the flower part of my order and was told that because I went to the triple m in Plymouth, I don't qualify as a new patient. That's totally fine, but tell me at registration so I don't have to bother with more paperwork. Communication and customer service is totally lacking at this site and I will never waste my time again.

I have never had a bad experience here and everyone is so helpful and informative regarding my needs.

Perfect neighborhood dispensary. Friendly staff, clean site, can’t wait til they go back to their own product. Very fortunate to have such a great clinic so close to home.
