What a nice surprise! Today was my first visit with a caregiver (as in not a dispensary) and it was more than I could have asked for. They replied quickly and thoroughly to my many emails leading up to my visit, and answered all my stupid questions without making me feel stupid. I called once, and spoke to a person instead of a voicemail! I have only tried one of their capsules, but it worked far, far better than I expected. I generally have to dose four times as much as I took today for the same effects. I look forward to trying more of what they have to offer. Thank you Tricann! =D

Very helpful, knowledgeable, concerned and compassionate bud tender/caregiver. Let me ask a ton of questions and answered them in simple laymen terms. Very nice menu! Had lots of options, prices were excellent! They also have a rewards card and offer a discount to 1st time patients! These people are great and I'll definitely be back again. The reception room is sparsely furnished with seats and decor, and a water fountain would be nice, but that is the only negative I have to say about the location! LOL Really I'm not complaining.

Decided to stop in here for the first time, drove a whole hour to check it out. I wait about 10 minutes in which that time someone else walks in and tells me how great the place is. I get asked if I’m a new patient and then after the tender finished with the customer inside, he decided to take the person who waited less time than me. What a great way to treat a first time patient, shown that regulars are treated better than first time patients. Left without buying anything thanks for wasting my gas and time.

I have been to numerous dispensaries, but not one has compared, or even come close to Tricann. The owners Kelly & Aron are 2 of most knowledgeable, professional people in the business. Their products are the BEST I have ever purchased. Whether its flower, contrate, or any other product they sell. You will never find better product or people then that of Tricann. The folks at Tricann really know their stuff and they *really* care about making sure I'm getting exactly what I need. I had been to other dispensaries in both Maine and New Hampshire, and they were nothing more than quick-checkout storefronts with no advice or perhaps even knowledge of the products. At Tricann, that's 180-degrees different. Upon my first visit, Aaron sat with me for 20-minutes to learn about what was going on with me and then proceeded to give me all kinds of advice for products and options, many of which I had ruled out because of bad experiences elsewhere. Edibles, for example, had resulted in problems for me, so I had sworn them off. Aaron encouraged me to try some very low-dosage capsules, and they've worked out amazingly well. I can't speak highly enough of the whole operation here, and I'm so glad I found Tricann. On top of all of this, their prices are half of what I would pay in New Hampshire, and the quality is arguably even better. If you haven't been yet, go. Tricann picks up where your doctor leaves off and really is your partner in healing.

As a MA resident I rely on their delivery service, and it has been wonderful! Joe is super knowledgeable and caring, and arrives on time. Everyone I emailed with was exceptionally accommodating and answered all of my questions. Highly (pun intended) recommend Tricann Alternatives!

Professional personal one on one services. Trican is excellent, the staff is knowledable and the products are second to none. The full terpene oils are a step above. No one else is southern Maine provides lab tested medical quality full terpene oils (I’ve looked).

Amazing staff, amazing prices. You will always feel valued, heard, and catered to here. Been picking my medicine up here for almost 2 years and I refuse to go anywhere else in Maine. Having staff be able to cater to my Cystic Fibrosis struggles (which are seemingly not talked about as much within the mmj communities), both through their inventory and website, and in person during our conversations, proves this dispensary goes above & beyond for their patients.

First time visit and purchase editable gummies. The staff was very professional and the facility is clean/safe. Easy to find off of highway. Great tasting gummies.

The people I interacted with were super nice, the store has a relaxed country store feel, and the product is flavorful and effective. Factor in the $30 off your first visit and I struggle to find something to complain about! Definitely going back, 5 mins down the road from the house I grew up in and an absolute dream.

I always enjoy my visits to Tricann. This week I was very disappointed. I purchased 7g of Abacus because I have found that it has been a really big help my inflammation. This batch not so much. no buds at all, stringy like and full of little white seeds. Abacus this time for me was a waste of $ and time for because it didn't help at all. Nothing, no affects at all. Very disappointed 😞 I hope it was just a weird batch.
