I’ve been a customer for a couple years now. The staff is always friendly, and the product is great. The remodeling is looking awesome, with much more room inside, while shopping. My only complaint is the labeling on the jars. One of the things I love about this store is the artwork on the jars, and now they are using plain labels, which aren’t appealing and much harder to read. Get the artwork on jars back.

I am in med patient and Frequently out of product. Things well be on the shelf but no in the computer. Besides that i would recommend

Man this place is so chill. Staff are nice, treat you right and really know their shit. I'm kinda old school, you don't go to the store to buy weed so I was alittle apprehensive, but they made first visit very comfortable. Great place

These guys have the homie hookup for sure. Beautiful juicy organic grown nugs grown for a steal of a deal. Best sour D ive smoked, great selection of indicas (colins og) really friendly and patient staff, quick service, all around awesome spot.

SWEET spot. IF you can make it to this medical/REC dispensary check out the strAin called CrunchBerry. With it's punget aroma and multi-colour appearance you will fall in love with it's taste. AND there staff provides A++ service to go along with there amazing selection of herbs:)

Jordan took care of me this time & was great with the customer service, funny, positive attitude. A little disappointed that you guys wiped off the art on the jars. This dispensary hits on all the things I want in a quality location. Great prices, my budtender Faith was phenomenal with recommendations and very friendly, and most of all it was easy with the new system for texting you when they are ready. 10/10 would recommend.

I am so disappointed 😢 I have been a loyal customer and patient for 6 year and today under new management I had to say goodbye it makes no sense you have to save all your baker points to get the hook up and then have to spend 10 plus pay for your deal not 😎

I Have been going to trenchtown since 2010 when they opened on Tennyson. It's a great place to shop. Good quality meds,edibles,concentrates. And the staff is the bestest my red card expired in March by June Ashleigh said it was time and started helping me. After 8 password resets it finally happened. That's right a budtender on rec side made sure to involve the right people to print my card out on 07-05-18 A big thank you to Ashleigh, Nacho, Kayliegh and Dan and Grant for putting together a wonderful team.
