The best customer service I’ve had in town. I’ve often felt weird about going to new stores, u often get budtenders who aren’t friendly or moreover just don’t seem to have product knowledge. I’ve visited this store so many times just because the staff is knowledgeable. They tell me about strains, they tell me what it feels like to smoke. As close as u can get to trying it before u buy it. HIGHLY recommended for new smokers or anyone who puts service and knowledge at a premium.

This place only gets better each time I go there, the bud tender that hooked me up gave some great advice along with having some great products they have a Vendor ( Gabriel ) they grow fire. Keep up the great work THC

Been coming to this store since I was living in Idaho (closest to the border). The atmosphere is comfortable and tastefully decorated. I also don't feel like I might get robbed in the parking lot which is a plus. The selection is pretty solid with a good variety and rotation of growers and strains coming through. There is also a nice selection of reasonably priced smoking devices as well. The bud tenders are by and large friendly and knowledgeable, but keep an eye on the one they call 'pineapple'... she chopped me right in the neck once when I forgot to write a chuck norris joke in the guestbook. Seriously, right in the neck! If I had been a less bearded man I may have died a messy, screaming death. fyi chuck norris can make a slinky go up stairs

Great shop. Finally a place that has figured out how to have display cases and make it work. Flatscreens serve for the menu board with strain name, THC%, and prices all in the same spot. One screen each for: Indicas, hybrids, sativas, and concentrates. Best menu set up I have seen yet. Very kind staff, great atmosphere (I prefer an atmosphere of a regular store, not a guarded safe house), nice accessories. Prices were decent. With sales strains highlighted. The afghani I bought had a higher percentage than was on the menu, would have made the decision easier. I would recommend it to anyone.

This place used to be cool but it has completely fell off and now it really sucks! There is only like 2 budtenders that have any clue what they're alking about. Its blatantly obvious the rest are fake and don't know what they're talking about in the slightest in regards to different farms, processes, products, strains, taste, effects and potency etc..( basically just trying to make a sale and talking BS). It seems like they just hired a bunch of people from unrelated retail fields. At least half of them look like they are barely even old enough to legally smoke. Yet these are the people giving long time and new cannabis consumers advice and recommendations, Its a joke now! Only thing keeping this place going is they still carry some quality brands. I reccommend going somewhere else if you have the option.

THC has to be my favorite dispensary around. The staff is extremely helpful when it comes to my medical needs for cannabis, and seem to understand exactly what I'm looking for. I LOVE this place.

After a long flight, I stepped into my first legal shop within America. The people were very knowledgeable, and friendly. The atmosphere and look is very, very different go the coffeeshops of Amsterdam; it became apparent that this place thrived to provide the service I expected. As for the product, I was very pleasantly surprised. I am glad that I took the man's suggestion, to try Dutchberry. It is so delicious! The product is very pretty to lok at, and is well flushed. Overall, I am glad that I came here, as my first American legal recreational venture.

Best shop in town! Excellent service and recommendations. Greg vibe, very comfortable. Budtenders really know their stuff and aren't stoned stupid. And they carry the best product in town. You can't go wrong with anything on their menu!

This is my favorite spot in Spokane, and trust me I've tried them all. This place has a great staff with lots of super knowledgeable budtenders. They have easy to read menu boards and a great display area. Always have excellent everyday deals and sales regularly. And I've never been disappointed with a purchase. Quality is always great and there is always a big variety of product. Also a great small selection of glass and other smoking items. This place isn't the closest to my home but I always go the extra few miles and buy here.

I 1st visited the THC in July 2017 while home shopping along with many other shops. Once i moved here in October I made the rounds again. The THC is the place I now just keep coming back to consistently. The atmosphere they generate is so geniune, the advice is good, and they know their products like it is family. They efficiently service the guests, yet when it your turn you feel like they have been waiting just for you and your the only one that matters!

The staff is absolutely lovely. I bought a cartridge for my vape pen and very simply they overcharged and under delivered. It costed me 30% more than at Green Light and emptied unusually quickly. Lovely little establishment, but I'm taking my business to Green Light.

I reviewed them a while back and they were doing a great job then, but I got to say they just keep getting better. Customer service is #1 and our bud-tender Nichole was super knowledgeable. She gave us great suggestions and recommendations on different thing to try. Even though I live on the north side of Spokane with quite a few places close by, my wife and I will always make the trek out to the Tree House Club first, they are worth the drive. Thanks
