Very knowledgeable budtenders and staff, everyone I talked to was very friendly. I came on the grand opening and was personally greeted by the store owner and given a tour of the entire building. Excited to see this dispensary in the future when the grow and solventless room are completed. BEST prices in Ontario, will definitely be back.

Got shorted on my curbside order. 4 packs of edibles gummies were missing and nothing could / would be done about it. I have ordered here multiple times and never had an issue until today. After being shorted almost $30 worth of product I will probably not come back.

I’ve specifically come to this store many times. I’ve never had a problem until today. They refused my industry discount because I had it in my phone instead of paper copy. I’m not the biggest spender but at least 90% is spent at treasure valley. Time to find a new dispensary for my regular visits. Because treasure valley lost me as a customer!

Once per month I drive into Ontario for my medical needs. I received my medical card 10-12 back when Washington first started medical only, The store's at that time were really neat, "Truly northwest vibe." You were able to view the process from start to finish, first comes flower then comes your oil. This is one of a kind type of store these day's, I was and felt highly impressed. I happen to meet Jeremy (owner) he shared his view where his store is headed yet had felt talking with Jeremy this is a man with a great deal of knowledge. Jeremy has surrounded his business with probably 100+ years of knowledge. Anyone visiting Ontario should stop in. I happen to be looking online one month back and noted Treasure Valley Cannabis Company and they carry product from "The Real McCoy Farm's" whom turns out to carry a "GREAT" product. I was able to get a very good (Mint ??) once for $100 yet it truly did smoke like a top shelf product. "I highly recommend you look at The Real McCoy Farm's" This farm passes on the saving right to the customer. I personally use medical cannabis for chronic pain. I've had 35 orthopedic surgical intervention and will live in chronic pain yet the cannabis dulls my pain. I am completing a four year degree with a great deal of chemistry. Should I count on pharmacy pills to dull my pain i'd never be able to attend college nor have any happy and healthy relationship. Treasure Valley Cannabis Company will be my go to store looking forward. "Go Army"

Great dispensary awesome products but curbside has turned to garbage never have this much trouble at any other curbside in town last week I waited for around 15 minutes but I didn’t mind then the guy finally comes back with my order apologized for the wait and even said he gave me a discount for the wait except he then hands me back the full amount I had gave him he quickly realized it asked for the money back then said have a good day and went back in I got no discount and no receipt either. This wasn’t even what made me leave a review today at 4pm I go to pick up an order part of my order was out of stock I placed a second order to replace what was missing I tell the woman who attended me ( i was the only person in curbside) she says okay heads in then comes back with only half my order and no receipt or my ID card (the product were carts so woulda been nice to have a receipt) I tell her I still need the other half and that she didn’t return my ID she says okay and heads back then comes back with the order and still no ID in fact she doesn’t even mention anything about it I have to call the store tell them I’m still outside waiting for my ID I then wait for 10 more minutes only to have the same girl come back out to ask if everything is okay I then tell her againnnn that I need my ID she gives me a look like I’m stupid or something says okay and finally goes and gets me my ID in total was there about 15-20 minutes after today I don’t ever want to use your curbside pick up
