Horrible at keeping of inventory. Waited 16 minutes just to find out they didn't have one but never received a call. So I wasted a half an hour waiting for them to complete an order.

i have been a loyal customer for years BUT i like to order online then pick up but this is no longer possible i usually get a call or e-mail when they r out of what i ordered but not today so sadly this is my farewell to TRACKTOWN good luck

great people, prices are straight and less than 1/2 as much if you're not lazy to leave eugene. they have great pre-rolled but i only wish they carried mixed cbd strains such as pennywise or critical mass more regularly. my favorite shop

Why the hell does this place only have 4.6 stars?! C'mon now. I know, I know, it's smack-dab in the middle of hillbilly central. To some people, that can be a deal-breaker. But, damn if these aren't the best prices in town being sold by some legitimately ethical and compassionate human beings. Don't judge a pot-shop by it's surroundings; TTC may not be some fancy cannabis boutique, but it's blatantly obvious that TTC's main priority rests with the patients whether they are OMMP official or not. Inside, the shop is clean, fragrant, and covered with lovely local art. Service is super friendly, informative, and welcoming. I felt like my patronage was legitimately appreciated. Also, charging prices as low as $6 a gram (even for strains with 22% THC!!) speaks VOLUMES about the character of this particular shop. Even if Track Town Collective isn't located within the most picturesque part of town, it's extremely accessible to the chronically ill and chronically broke. They open at 9 AM for goodness sake, how many other shops in the area prioritize patients like that? Not very many. Once you actually step inside the store, it's equally pleasant as any other dispensary in Eugene. In fact, it's all the more pleasant because I didn't feel like a number or an inconvenience. My medical condition along with my budget were both taken into consideration by the lovely gentleman who assisted me in choosing the best strain for my ailments. The flower he referred me to is killer, by the way. OSP, FTW. In closure, don't be a snob, embrace common sense, support this business. I know that I will.

Stopped in to see what they had. from the time I step through the door the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this to any and all super competitive prices and an amazing staff.

my first visit was a few days ago and I got a gram of chemdog@24% and a gram of HINDU@19% both were very good and I have already been back for the HINDU again and got a gram of BLUE OG also. There are a short walk away for some high quality medicine! nice , simple, clean environment. will be back for sure.

Wow, WTF, this place was like one of the nicest places I have been into and the selection was great. I even found some straight sativa which is helping me through a hard time. Prices were comparable to other dispensaries in Eugene, and I would definetly go back when I am in the area.

this place is awesome! i went here yesterday for the first time and usually I'm nervous whenever i go pick up because I'm clueless about this stuff but Evan was really knowledgeable and helpful. he answered all my questions and gave me great recommendations. everything i bought was melt into your couch good as well. will definitely be back!!

Always an amazing selection of flower and extracts, always pungent and potent. Definitely my favorite flower in the PNW, hands down. Roberto is awesome, along with the rest of the crew that I've ran into on my visits. Highly recommend 5/5.

I really like the way they label and price their strains. It is easy to distinguish price levels and and read strain names and composition. Prices are reasonable and the quality of herb good as well. The location is a bit rundown and spare so it's not the most comfortable or convenient place to shop. I did like the variety of their selection and will check them out again.

The BLUE DREAM was the best deal I've gotten since I stopped going to my dealer. I'll be calling every day until they get it back in stock. A+++
