Great quality flower with a ton of options. Very chill vibe inside; I like how they have tv screens that scroll through their products while you're waiting. Not many people wear masks (the staff do) so I appreciate the large open room of this location.

Very easy process & such a friendly environment! I just ordered online and upon my arrival they had everything together and ready to go. One of the easiest and smoothest transactions I’ve had with a dispensary. Definitely recommend!

I'm probably biased because I work here, but Top Shelf is by far one of the best dispensaries I've ever set foot in. Huge selection, beautiful store, quality product, and just an overall inviting atmosphere. Grateful to be a part of such a rad business! 😁🖤

Top Shelf always has professional and helpful customer service who know exactly the products they are dealing with. I would recommend them 100%. They are my favorite dispensary in the Medford area.

I love the customer service, you guys are very helpful. Knowledgeable and always make sure you please tour customers. I wish there were more discounts or ways to buy one get one free deals. More deals would get me in more. Thank you
