Great, fast, friendly service. Lower prices than other local shops prices. Curbside pickup was fast and crazy easy. My new favorite shop. I'll be coming here from now on!

Layout is really well done. Prices are cheaper and the quality is better. The debit/credit option is awesome to have and definitely unique for this market. The flower selection is really good and there are a ton of farms available here that none of the other Ontario shops have. I would recommend this shop over any of the other Ontario shops without a doubt. This is the business model that dispensaries should follow. The other shops are price gouging due to the Idaho market and this shop eliminates all that. Go here if you want fair prices and better product.

I liked the staff and the atmosphere was chill. I got a solid recommendation for what I wanted from my budtender and he was spot on. It was a great experience.

I love how you can take your time and find exactly what you're looking for.. knowledgeable, courteous, patient budtenders and the best prices around. High quality extract flower edibles, etc you can feel the Eugene style essence intertwined within the store. Positive vibes.

My ❤️ belongs to be HotBox because they were my first dispensary but Top Crop is the best dispensary ever. The budtenders are knowledgeable, friendly and don't rush you. The weed is top quality from the least expensive to top shelf. Overall great experience.

be careful with online orders, ordered what was supposed to be sativa, but when I got home it was a strong indica, took it back with receipt, was given lame Covid excuse..couldn't exchange or refund, didnt even try and make it right. I'll never use their online again, may just switch to weedology.

This dispensary is seriously amazing. First off, I was blown away by how NICE and professional the budtenders were!! I’m not super experienced so it was important to me that I felt comfortable and they really worked with me to find the right products... it truly felt like they cared! I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to try cannabis but doesn’t know where to start. I know I’ll be back!

Was my go to place. But the new rule only allows 4 kinds of flower. I'm not a a candy shop to be limited or told what I can and cant purchase. Kind of depressing. Managers made a terrible decision. Unfortunately I'll have to take my business elsewhere. Unless they change the rule...... Sad deal.

This has been my go to shop since it opened. every 2 weeks we make a visit, every Thursday for the discount on apparel. I got an oz of top tier as I do every time. I received less than quality. To be charged full price for less than B-bud quality is a joke! I feel I was taken advantage of by a tender who was quite honestly way out of his element. unfortunately ill be going elsewhere, with so many options, you should never be taken advantage of by a weed dealer, with so much weed they should be happy for a price of 300 for top tier Buds, not forking shake.

I love the products they have, however the wait is usually super long. The dispo is very small, which makes it have the longer wait. Also sometimes the bud tenders seem to be overwhelmed or wanting you to move faster. I like top crop because they have some of the best products in Ontario, but don’t like the set up and the overall flow of the store.

I dislike the carts are substantially higher in price lower in medicine. Not one over 90% either.

Went to pick up an online order through there curb side pick up. I was the first one to pull up. A minute later comes two other cars. The gal then proceeded to tend to the car that pulled up after me, then came to me and then tended to the third car. She comes out with no ones products goes to the first car ask how much they gave her, came to me & said you gave me $60 right? I tell her no I gave you $80. She looked under my car. Then asked the gentlemen on the side how much he gave her. She comes out with products goes to the other two cars gives them their product and comes to my car to tell me I only gave her $60 & not the $80 I had given (granted I gave her $80 because my order was $73). She then says well my manager needs to look at the tape because this comes out of my pocket. So they watched the video and then she comes out with $60 and tells me they watched the video and I only gave her $60. So I asked if I could watch the tape she tells me yes. I go through the front waiting to watch this video. At this point I’ve already been at the store for about 30 min for a curbside pick up order. I am really frustrated & annoyed & I have yet to be shown this video when she came out adamantly that I gave her $60. So I then tell the front desk to just give me my $60 dollars back and I guess I be out the $20. The manager i take it comes out and has me re explain the situation when he already knows. I tell him then he tells me that angle in the video you can’t exactly see how much I gave her, but just earlier she said the VIDEO SHOWED her I only grave her $60. I was not shown the video and just asked for my $60 and be out $20. so then she comes out to give me my $60 plus a $20. Reiterate to me that it came out of her pocket and making me a customer feel bad because somehow my $20 went missing. So I let her keep her $20 because I don’t need anyone thinking I took their money & I WILL NOT RETURNING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSE WHERE

I was so disappointed in my visit today. I asked about adding an industry discount like I've had in the past and he said that they don't do that. I felt lied to. I felt like I was getting bare minimum service. He kept looking past me I felt hurried and like he just wanted to get to the next customer. I have been a regular consumer of cannabis for my chronic health problems and I also work in the cannabis industry and this was the worst treatment I have ever experienced. I felt like I didn't get what I needed either. I won't be coming back anytime soon and will not recommend TC to anyone. Been to pretty much all of them in the area and this by far the worst shopping experience ever in a dispensary.

I ordered online before I went, as soon as I parked there was a friendly employee who took my money and i.d. she returned five minuets later, with My order and my change. I would definitely recommend this establishment.

Jordan Is A Great Manager & ALLLL The Tenders Are On Point, Respectful, Knowledgeable & Most Know Me At Least. My favorite place to go for amazing flower, edibles etc. I would definitely recommend this dispensary to a friend or family and the service is awesome I would definitely recommend checking this place out if your looking for a new dispensary to go too!

This store is the ONLY reason we have decent prices. They came in and stole the show, forcing the other dispensaries to finally give customers a decent price. Thank you!

I enjoy everything about my visit to top crop each time I go. Best shop in Ontario by far. knowledgeable, and friendly staff. I've never had a bad experience at this shop. Good prices, Bomb flower, and a great choice of carts.
