They literally don't seem to care that they take forever. Estimate at 30-60 mins. One hour goes by and I text them for an update. Nothing. Text them on Weedmaps. Nothing
Goes to bed. This shop sucks and doesn't care if they are running late and offer an update

Well I’m super thankful this is even a thing.. I’ve had three delivery’s from here all were expedited, all the drivers have been super friendly, and they usually come within the hour.. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
My man Dean L. Showed up as approximately the time I was stated it would take. Man was very personal….in a good way. Made the transaction like a true professional. I almost know this man and appreciate the service. As I am a traveler to the area during the fall/winter months..I will always hit up the Tr3 as they have been the only place I fux wit!!! Tks Dean

my first time using this app and decided to order from three trees. happy to say im very pleased with my order, no complaints here!
if you're planning to order from three trees, order from their website instead of leafly. they told me over the phone that some of their items aren't updated on the app for some reason, so just a heads up for newcomers.
the process was very quick and simple; i just had to go over some details to confirm everything and then i was all set. my order arrived after an hour of placing it. shoutout to david and elijah for helping me tonight, you guys rock!!! :) 🤞

Took over 90 mins to get my order on busy night, but had satisfactory service. Live Chat from store was helpful.
Driver was running late but was willing to change pickup location for me due to prior plans 4/5

I love using three trees as a delivery they have great product great customer and their ETA on deliveries are not not too bad I would definitely recommend three trees as delivery service.

I LOVE THIS COMPANY WITH EVERY FIBER OF MY BEING so fast and the drivers are always so friendly I love Nisha and James and Alexis and Gina and everyone else!! And always on time or early for scheduled deliveries!! As long as i am alive Three Trees will have atleast 1 number one fan

After waiting for hours, guess what? My order finally arrived—and it was missing a pre-roll. I’ve ordered from tons of delivery services, both locally and beyond, and they all have a way for you to text or call a real person. But not this one. When you call, it’s an automated system that just redirects you to their website chat (which doesn’t even exist anymore) or forces you to download their app. And let me tell you, the app has the worst ETA system I’ve ever used. I had to chat with them twice because I wasn’t getting any updates on when my driver would arrive.
The first person said I was next and that it would take 25 minutes or less. Forty minutes later, I reached out again, and a new person told me it would be another 40-50 minutes because the driver was on a break. By then, we were pushing 3 hours from when this ordeal began. As a full-time working mom with kids in sports every day except Sunday, I rely on an accurate ETA. If they had told me it would take 3 hours upfront, I could have run errands or canceled. Instead, I was stuck waiting, with no time to order from somewhere else.
And to top it off, they offered me loyalty points for the inconvenience. No thanks. I won’t be ordering from them again. The lack of communication and poor customer service is beyond frustrating. It’s a definite no from me.
