I was in the area and was going to stop in for a certain strain. I called off and on from Noon to 1 pm. No Answer. Never get my business

Currently only selling flower. 1/10 gram for $51! Outrageous prices but very friendly staff.

Very nice facility and great staff, will probably not go back to Canton because I will be close to the one in wickliffe, but would definently recommend this store

I thought it was great and very informational. the prices I found out are somewhat high. I went to the reef in Detroit and they are exceptional and priced right 4g 8ths and deals everyday n hr. I will be going back since they have it all. otherwise this place is great.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. Signing up didn't take long and wait times were no more than ten minutes once inside the store itself. I'm pretty new to handling cannabis flower, but it seems to be of high quality. Definitely potent. My small complaint is that they were sold out of vaporizers, though one employee gave me the address of a nearby store selling herb vaporizers. My BIG complaint is that bud here is crazy expensive. $50 for 2.83 grams, which is the only quantity in which they sell. Hopefully the overpricing will change once more dispensaries open in the area. Canton is almost an hour drive for me, but with the limited options, it is worth the trip for now.

The Botanist was so helpful at guiding me. Drew and Lowell really showed me everything thoroughly and helped me choose what was right for me. I know almost nothing about marijuana as of right now so it was nice to have someone to bounce ideas off of.

Wow this place & staff are just wonderful, I'm so glad to finally have the chance to try medical Marijuana I've been off pain meds for over yr now & this is just what I needed. My sleep is way better & my inflammation is under control I recommend this to anyone who has issues. It's great thank you staff,

Last week was my first time ever going to a dispensary. This location was the closest to me so off I went with my newly received medical marijuana card. I was nervous about picking the right product for me as I had no experience with marijuana. I was pleasantly surprised with the atmosphere in the dispensary. It truly was very classy and did have an “apple store” kinda vibe. There was no wait, and I was taken care of very quickly. The room where you buy your product is extremely nice, with displays of vaporizers and grinders in glass cases. It seriously looks almost like a museum. There is an atm in the purchasing room which is very convenient. Lowell was extremely helpful and took me into a consultation room, looked over my recommendations from the doctor, and helped me pick a tincture, a bud, and a vaporizer. He answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. There were no judgements, and everyone was very kind and understanding. As for the prices, it’s not their fault that the prices are a little on the higher side, the entire state of Ohio has high prices. I didn’t find the prices overly high though. Very impressive from a first timers point of view.

Nice little shop. Still working out some operational snags (long patient check-in lines, products not listed in point of sale, etc), but staff support and friendliness exceeded expectations.

The staff are friendly, but don’t seem to have their ‘flow’ going just right yet. Patients should be directed to a greeter who directs them to areas of the dispensary appropriate to their needs. Instead, on the day I visited, patients were let in w/ a smile, and then, nothing. I don’t need to waste my time looking at vaporizers. I’d like to talk to ask some strain questions and place an order. Easy. I’m coming to a dispensary, not a head shop. Apple store aesthetic; service is more Dell Inc. These things can and likely will improve over time.

Super friendly. My bud tender (sorry I forgot her name) was so nice, extremely helpful. Her recommendations were spot on for what I need. It’s definitely worth the over hour drive!

BEWARE OF NEW AGREEMANT ON ONLINE ORDERING, On February 14th Botanist added a new checkbox to checkout on online ordering. By leaving this box checked you are giving Botanist permission to sell any and all of your private information. Please READ it. The worse and illegal part is that if you UNCHECK this you can no longer checkout thus forcing you to agree to it. Please don't do it. This is not a complaint about staff or products this is a privacy matter. Staff and product deserve 5 stars but privacy matters.

Very nice people and environment, but the prices and selection are not very good. This place may be 3X the price in Michigan. It would help if the company put some basic updated information, like price and current inventory, online somewhere.

the staff is very helpful in explaining and answering any questions. I love the nature feel of the place as well.

The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about medical marijuana! I just got my medical marijuana card a few Weeks ago for Chronic pain after a car accident in which I broke my neck and back and PTSD as a rape victim— the staff at the Botanist has been great at finally helping me find the product that helps me best- Chocolope by Rivera Creek! 🙏🕉for the first time in years I am finally feeling some pain relief , less anxiety and reduction in my panic attacks and insomnia! Thank you to the botanist and their excellent staff! I highly recommend them! 🌿

very nice place, prices are high but that’s expected since this is one of the only shops open atm. went right after i got my medical card, staff was very friendly. when talking with my friends i refer to this place as “the apple store for kush” lmao
