John the pharmacist is great, and every other person at this location is knowledgeable, friendly, and goes out of their way to help every customer. Have been coming here for several months. Switched from another company. So glad I did!

When I received my doctor's paperwork for my renewal, I didn't know I had to go online and renew with the state, so when I went to The Botanist my card was expired. John, Donna, and the entire staff helped me with my online renewal and walked me through the process on the phone. They couldn't have been more kind or more helpful. They were calm and knowledgeable and I am very thankful for their invanuable help with my issue. Thanks to all!!!! Ruthie (Ruth Wolff)

The pharmacist and staff know me personally by sight as I walk through the door. Everyone is beyond kind and helpful. I've never had anything but wonderful and personable experiences at Botonist Farmingdale! 😀

Absolutely the most beautiful dispensary I have ever had the pleasure to visit. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Everyone working there makes you feel comfortable and seem very knowledgeable and willing to help. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Also the parking lot is spacious which makes visiting quick and easy.

I like how simple and easy the process was and the lady who took care of me was also very sweet. Whoever makes a bad review here is just mad at life and needs sex or something idk
