The gentlemen on the phone took the time necessary to answer my questions and help me order. He didn't try to rush me off the phone or anything!! The have excellent customer service. The delivery driver was fast and friendly! He made sure to educate me on their deals and promos for future orders. I'll definitely continue to order through them!(:

Hit & a small miss. 1st time I was really happy with purchase , everything was fine. 2nd time I purchased, I ordered 4g kief, because the kief I got last time was really nice. (also got another 4g of kief for their over 100$ deal.) Found at least 5 small pebbles of perlite hidden within the kief... and the kief itself was more the consistency of ground up trimmings and leaves this time, and it had the effect I would attribute to ground up trimmings and leaves. The drivers are really nice though, and service is very prompt, and other than the 2x 4g bags of kief that seemed to be ground up trimmings with peices of perlite mixed in, the other products I tried (flower, crumble) were spot on and well packaged. I would buy from them again. It could have just been a fluke with their batch of kief, I would have to shop more often to get a true sense of consistency of the product.
