Very, very loud music blasting through the non-air-conditioned waiting area. Waits can be very long (and unbearably hot in summer). Music is godawful (ugly rap or screechy metal), but anything played at that volume would sound bad. You can't hear the receptionists calling your name when it's your turn. A complete turnoff. Budtenders know nothing, are very inexperienced, are sometimes rude or condescending. They'll tell you a strain is indica, for example, when you know very well it's sativa. They don't know the products.. I've had to explain what exactly I'm looking for, and they're still confused. Web site says you can call in an order and they'll have it waiting for you, but I tried this once and they ... didn't. They had to scramble to find the items, then told me they didn't have a product which on the phone they'd said they did. Took as much time as if I hadn't called at all. I think they carry so many items, they can't keep track of them all. If they reduced their inventory , turned down the music, invested in a/c for the waiting room and hired some polite, professional sales staff, they might get my business back. I routinely spend over $200 a month on cannabis, and I've been using the stuff since Nixon was in the White House, I don't need to go here to have my ears assaulted, my intelligence insulted, and my visit turned into an hour's ordeal. Yes, they have everything, but how many different kinds of shatter does anyone need? They need to instruct their staff in basic etiquette; saying, "How's yer day goin'?" and not waiting for an answer doesn't cut it. I also don't like the way one person takes your order, but you have to wait (in line) for another person, the cashier, to actually ring you up. Has the potential to be great, but not there now, in my opinion.

The entire shop is 'top shelf' in every sense. The staff is super chill (and pretty cute) and the quality and variety of product second to none. Although like most things, you get what you make a donation for so if you want the best be ready to pay for it bc the suggested donations here can be intimidating.

My favorite dispensary of all time! Friendly informative staff, amazing product and always a pleasant experience. I rarely go anywhere else.

i finally hit up the new location and all i can say is WOW!! you guys are killing it!! i pulled into the busy parking lot and was greeted with free valet.. i had never seen that before from a pot shop.. i walked into the lobby and had to do my renewal paperwork, which was on a computer this time..quick and easy.. after a few min i was sent back to the budroom... As i entered the bud room, i was quickly greeted by new chic budtenders and some of the dudes from the old location... i cant recall the name of the pretty girl that helped me.. she showed me the lay out of the new location, which everything is seperated in its own displays..such as water hash, shatters and budder all have thier own case which is nice if ya only like budders and not shatters.. as for the product... i decided to take my budtenders recommendation and get a .5 of the Bob Gnarly Bubba budder which killed my pain and put me down... she also recommend some Super Fire Og flowers that out of control flavorful with a great high.. i asked her for the best and i did not leave disappointed.. if you havent checked out this spot yet, you should!!

As a member for 3-4 years, Weedmaps doesn't lie by ranking it as one of the best in the area. Big, clean, professionally run, and only stocks top-grade, award-winning flower, concentrates, etc. Now that I've compared dispensaries in the area, I discovered you can get the same, top shelf $55/8th for $35 just a few minutes away. It's nice to have the guaranteed quality and diverse selection, but hard to justify the mark-up.

this shop has great meds would have given them a 5 but they are overpriced donations the same eight they have for 55 I can get for 35.

I loved my shopping experience here. The service, products, everything was exceptional. Free parking in a large lot. An obvious storefront. High tech sign in, using computers! The receptionist was super friendly and guided me through the whole process. Once inside, I was given a "first time" card to be spent on a free treat. I bought a lot, I was overwhelmed by the enormous original selection. Honey, cartridges, edibles, flaming hots, candy, organic granola?! Prerolls. My host was informative and friendly, he gave me great advice. My new favorite! I am a big fan and I highly recommend this spot, especially to novices looking for advice and a good value.:)

My experience there was all great...from the parking, to the security...the people are all nice, helpful, and welcoming. The shop is clean with a lot of options too. The only problem I had was with the prices and personally I expected better quality for purchases i made. Other than that, you'll find everything and anything you need at this shop.

I really like this place, knowledgeable staff, potent edibles, good deals too. Picked up some XJ13 and super chemdawg on special and it was fire!

The few times I've been here have been awesome. Super friendly and knowledgable service, extremely clean and organized. Can't wait to bring more patients in with me!

Favorite spot in the valley. Or even Los Angeles. When I first moved here 2 years ago. Went to like 40 shops scattered between the coast and the valley and in between - and this spot was the best quality and had biggest selection of whatever you are looking for. Cool bud tenders too

Just an awesome place to be from pulling up to the drive way where you're greeted by valet to the great customer service and huge selection of awesome meds. They have a great selection of concentrates and OG's to please anyone's needs. A++

This place is seriously an experience! When you first get there you're greeted with complementary valet. Which is a relief because if you're from the area you know how the parking is lol. The waiting room is pretty basic but still cute ;) and their registration process is completed on a computer. The best part is walking into the budroom! It's like a freaking Cannabis Costco but better. They have everything under the sun! Edibles, bud, concentrates, seeds, glass, clothing, wholesale slabs, smoking accessories and I'm sure there's so much more that I didn't pick up on. The bud tenders are super nice and knowledgeable. Jen helped me out and was really cool. We even started talking about growing. The vibe there is very chill everyone is in a great mood. It really feels like a community there and that's what makes it such a good experience. I love how personable everyone is. I picked up a 8th of organic animal cookies and it's soooo fire. It's so sticky and fluffy but yet dense. I'm very impressed with the quality of their bud. I love this place you should definitely check them out.

Brian helped me and my friend today, we both struggle with health problems and he walked through CBD/THC And the different options, and he was extremely knowledgable, SO patient, and very kind. I got a free gram of Brain Child for being a FIrst time patient, but I kinda wish they had mentioned how crazy strong it is. I smoked just a pinch of it and WHOA THIS IS GOOD STUFF. Very potent. Will definitely come back again, as the location is very clean, organized, and extensive- and the staff takes the time to answer every question and show me every product I want to see. I am pain free right now!

I was a brand new customer trying this place for the first time to purchase my edibles. I ordered them over the phone and chose curbside pickup. When I arrived, a young girl came to my car on the opposite side, and before I could say anything she told me to wear a mask, but I didn't have one since I was IN MY CAR BY MYSELF AND PICKING UP OUTSIDE. This girl was not merely suggesting, but lecturing me that in order to interact with her I had to put one on IN MY CAR. I thought the whole point of curbside was so you don't have to deal with the public and not wear a mask. I go everywhere using curbside service and have never been told once to put a mask on in my own vehicle especially since we are outside. Trying to tell your customers what to put on your face while you are sitting in your car is no way to keep them coming back. The whole world has gone crazy and some people just simply like to boss others around. F her, and F that location. Lame.

Terrific vibe-they were having a bbq to thank patients. the dispensary itself invites you to spend money-so much to whose from! Really nice folks who are passionate about getting this herb legal all over the country!!
