My first time here and I was very satisfied with customer service and the product. They are a bit on the pricy side, however, especially the accessories. I needed a pipe and was surprised how expensive they were. Found pretty much the same one at another dispensary for way less. Only complaint though, otherwise, A+

Friendly and well-educated on the medicene they were displaying. OIF Vet 06-08 treated with respect and not rushed. Will be coming back for the customer service.

I have been into Verdes several times in the last month and I could not be happier with the quality of their meds and service. I have a lot of experience with Blue Dream and theirs ranks among the top. Their Honeycomb Wax is the best in the city, light and extremely potent ! None of that black tar the other guys have. I love all of their edibles, especially the 4x dose lemon bars, amazing!

What happened to your flower? I used to enjoy what you guys sold. Now the flower tastes like dirt and no longer has the aroma of goodness like grape kush mints. The percentage claimed to be above 25% but it didn't have any effect. Very disappointed in the quality and the lobby of the store is depressing. Low energy and bland.

I have been trying every dispensary in the ABQ area and Verdes hands down are the best. Hard hitting strains at fair prices, and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. (and cute) lol

The location was good not far from I-25. Very attractive inside with knowledgable and pleasant staff. As a new customer they gave me ma free gram which was generous and greatly appreciated. They had a very good selection of flower, concentrates and edibles. They also offer weekly specials.

Ideal location. Would be great if they could open a location in the Uptown area.

This is the best dispensary I've been to in the Albuquerque area overall. Excellent customer service(I love that they call me by my name!), great products, even better prices, and I feel welcome every time I go in. I highly recommend this business😊

I really liked them the first time I visited but the interactions have been steadily declining. I'm not really sure they're medication focused and they don't really seem interested in serving all qualifying patients. Their budtenders are nice enough but I haven't really had any luck with their recommendation. My most recent visit has left a rather bad taste in my mouth. The short version is, they either lied about having a product, bait-and-switched, sold part of my reservation to someone else, or a combination therein. Furthermore, what they did sell me (the Grenco battery and herbal atomizer) did not come with instructions. Much to my surprise and frustration the battery actually needs a charger they don't even carry - and their budtenders don't seem to know this or really anything about the product they did try to sell me a standard micro USB cable though. This is incredibly disappointing and now I've wasted money on something I'm not even sure I can use and I cannot return. Overall, I wouldn't recommend them. There are other dispensaries that are more transparent, patient oriented, with better prices and more knowledgeable/experienced/helpful budtenders.

They are not for the patient. They are for prophet and pure greed. I do not recognize them to anyone who needs medical. My go to has been urban wellness. Ps I’ve been to verdes many times and everytime I was displeased with service and medicine. Everything is very over priced and the employees don’t know what they are doing

The staff is very knowledgeable great atmosphere . This was my first visit here and I'll definitely be back . They have an awesome loyalty punch card great place . I'd recommend this place to everyone needing good medicine with compassion .

Great atmosphere, helpful & knowledgeable staff. First place with some form of a rewards program that I've seen in New Mexico, and I've been to a few. As far as the meds go, great quality & great selection. I've been happy with every visit since the first. Thank you!

absolutely great selection

Quality can differ from product to product or strain to strain. The service is pretty good but they dont answer the phones consistently - especially during busy times. The atmosphere is very crammed and they currently only have 1 location. Overall, I'd give this place 3.9 stars out of 5.

Being that i am a complete pot snob i had to visit every dispensary. For flower they are doing an excellent job. It says potent on the container of the strain i bought and it is. Looked at all their flower and yes their kicking serious tail. I will keep coming back and that says a lot cuz nothing makes me more upset then bad cannabis.

Today was my first time and I must say it was a wonderful experience. Being my first time I was a bit nervous but Rachel greeted me as soon as I walked in. She assisted me and answered all of my questions and proactively made recommendations that best suited my needs. I didn't feel rushed, I left feeling completely informed, and she was extremely attentive from beginning till end. I will definitely be returning.

It was a Lil hard to find but once I did the service and prices where good.
