All the budtenders know who I am and are always very helpful with picking out stuff if I'm just not sure what I want or if I want to try something new. Customer service is phenomenal! Love this place.
I have always loved this place. Been a few times I went else where because of a few different budtenders attitudes towards me. Luckily I found a few that I felt didn't judge me all. Never felt like I was judged by Nike or Lucas from the first time meeting them as my budtenders. These 2 awesome guys were the first ones to act like they remembered who I was and what I always get. Just after them helping me a few times. They even got into a conversation with me too! (However a couple others have recently been remembering me and bs'ing with me too now!) Thanks Nike and Lucas for keeping my faith in The Vault!
Pretty convenient location. Service is good with decent daily deals. Wish there was more variety on big bag purchases for flower. I'll be back for sure.
I go here all the time and every single time the employees are super nice and friendly. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful when asking about all the different products. I highly recommend this place!
1st off, I trust the online ordering process and use it regularly. Each time, my order has been correct, ready, and complete when I picked up curbside. The staff are always professional and nice.
I'll be back to The Vault whenever I need medicine. The "Wax Wednesday" promotion is great to help my budget meet my needs. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for cannabis, adult use or medical.
Being new to Washington and Cannabis in general I had a lot of questions and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The store is very well organized and the selection is great. I have been back several times and had a great experience each visit. Highly recommended.
Love this place. Been to a few others first, at those places I didn't feel welcome or confident in the information I was being given. The Vault however is very welcoming and after an ID check they ask how they can help. When I ask questions, they know the answer or will find it out for me. I'm still trying to find my favorite strain and with my last visit, the guy who helped me, patiently listened to everything I had to say, asked me a few questions then recommended some strains, gave me details and let me choose. I wasn't pressured into buying something either. I've brought two people here that were completely new to legal cannabis and they were very impressed with how they were treated. They didn't feel like they were being annoying even though their questions were extremely basic. ONLY reason atmosphere got a 4 is that the walls are pretty bare. They opened only recently, so I'm sure it'll improve once they get set up more. I'll be coming back again and again! Their products are awesome too with great prices😀
This place used to be good. The only dispensary that no longer has deals for online orders. And the quality has not been great. And they no longer carry the strains I prefer.
