Make sure that you check to see if your product has been tampered with before purchasing. I got home and the seal on the jar was broken. Took it back and they refused to exchange it. Lousy customer service. One star for that.

Great customer service and friendly staff, in and out quickly, many options and has always been one of my favorite weed shops.

It’s a comfy atmosphere and the employees are always so nice.

I am happy doing all my shopping at The Vault. They have a good selection, have frequent sales, and Veterans get a 10% everyday discount. The staff is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Budtender Nick is one of my go-to guys for questions and his flower suggestions are always welcomed. One of his standout moments was during the COVID-19 stay-at-home order when he went above and beyond to help me get what I needed without having to make a second trip. All in all, I would no doubt recommend you check out The Vault and say hi to Nick while you're there.

Great place and oil

I love them and their store! So friendly and knowledgeable. I have never had bad service and I am there weekly and almost daily. Their prices are also fantastic and they have deals everyday of the week. It's all great deals. It's above and beyond. I have never been steered wrong either. They actually take time to get to know you, your preference and they REMEMBER! Highly recommend!!

Really nice quality bud, seriously awesome products. Pickup was quick and easy. Everyone from the doorman to the bud tender was kind, funny, and quick to service.

As soon as you walk in you are greeted. It's so nice, I wish they didn't move things around as much but other than that it's my go to dispensary. I don't go anywhere else!

I bought a gram today of Royal Tree Gardens Sunshine Lime. I was extremely impressed with this bud! The flavor on the exhale is amazing! I called the store to complement, and I was helped by Nick. He was so friendly and extremely helpful. I am definitely coming back to buy more of this stuff.

The Vault is a hands-down awesome rec shop. Everyone that works there is super friendly and if they don't know an answer to one of my questions, they aren't afraid to ask someone else or research it with me right there on the spot. Quality and selection are on point and you can't beat some of their prices ($5 single pre-rolls, $25/g concentrates). Always adding more inventory, so there's always something new to look at whenever I go in there... which is quite often. Extremely conveniently located right off the highway with plently of parking spaces in a safe, monitored lot. Open til midnight on Friday/Saturday and 11pm during the rest of the week, makes it really easy for me to swing thru after work and pick up my goodies for the night. I also have to give a shout out specifically to Nate and Tyler. Those two guys deserve a major pay raise. When my father was in the process of succumbing to his cancer, he decided to try cannabis as both a last-ditch effort to kill the cancer and as end-of-life comfort. Nate and Tyler were the ones who helped me make the decisions about how I should handle it. Both of them bent over backwards, forwards, and sideways for me so I could get my dad the medicine he needed (not a small task because the medical dispensaries had already shut down at the point due to new regulations). There is no doubt in my mind that those two helped my father pass much more comfortably than he ever would have without. So, thank you Nate and Tyler. You guys are angels in disguise.

This rec store is pretty fun, they have good security measures. cash only with two three dollar charge atms in the lobby. I have visited this store on three occasions, all of which happened to be a Tuesday, which they call top shelf Tuesday. This offers 3.5 gram bags of flower for $40 even of decent strains. store is usually pretty busy, but dosnet take long to get your order. They offer a reward system, which is always a plus. friendly staff, helpful and seem knowladble. would recommend!
