The Vault - Spokane

I'm a new customer to the vault. I was so impressed with customer service, the selection and especially the price! Great atmosphere as well.

We enjoy the friendly staff with great recommendations. Been going here for years and it’s definitely worth being part of the rewards program. They always have new deals so asking about promotions is great. It’s nice that there are several products they cycle through so once you’re familiar with a few brands you can get products you know you enjoy. The interior atmosphere feels a little juvenile. I think spending some money to create an interior aesthetic would bring more shoppers up the hill. Nevertheless, we’ll keep coming for the quality products. Vault has many products with plenty of growers and brands that don’t use harsh chemicals or are more “organic” growers.

As regular vault Customer I was shocked by the horrible service I received on 4/20 of all days. I went in to purchase an oz , which was on their discount sheet for the day. Upon cashing out they raised the price on me. I pointed to the sheet with discounts on the table (correctly dated also) and was then told I was mistaken. The manager quickly got rid of the price sheet and pointed me to others with higher pricing. I asked nicely if they would honor the price they displayed like all other stores will do. The employee then mocked me and the manager was very rude. It is 4/20 and I came in to your store first thing in the morning and you treated me with horrible customer service over a $30 price difference on a $150 purchase. One employee defended my position but he was also told by the manager to basically f-off. Sad day Vault. Your manager should get training in customer service.
