Passing out number tags to the cars waiting in line is a good system, however each time I come to this location, I have to flag down the person just to get a number in line and get skipped because the number tags were passed out to each car around me except for mine until I had to say something. My order was incorrect and luckily the cashier caught that but that was a second time that I had gone in and wouldn’t have been shorted on my order had their not been a second check in place. Overall, usually only come here as a last resort.

Terribly slow. The worst customer service. All the employees chain smoking cigarettes in the parking lot. My worst MMJ experience so far.

Today was my 4th or 5th time at The Source. I love the products, the staff and the store. However, I will not be returning as they do not provide the Senior Discount that their main competitor offers. I would otherwise recommend.

Excellent Folks and Great Prices! By the way I have had wait times even 2 hrs coming from Missouri! The Folks are good people, stop blaming everything going on in the World today on them.I have waited for 2 hrs after driving from Missouri and was glad I did got the best deal and quality bud anyone would be pleased to have. This is not overthecounter meds so "Dont" take it for granted.Give thanks to God for the blessings.

If you pre order online watch out because they Will stuff shake at the bottom.. fourth time I’ve had half of a quarter be all shake and stems.. this is supposed to be medical not crap!!

Picked up some meds from them on Friday the 10th . Stopped in there and being my first time , I filled out a couple of questions and was called backed pretty quick . The lady helped me out asked me what I wanted , but with a blank stare , no help like interested what my ailments was to try and help to see what bud I really needed or anything . Like she was a register person selling bud period . Kinda weird compared to where I have been ( maybe train a little more ) . Anyway , good set up , good meds , and first time I’ve seen an armed security too . That felt safe and different! Some work with staff and I think it will be great 👍🏼

Great service, always in and out fast!

This is a well-run dispensary. The staff is knowledgable and friendly, and the products are high quality. I hope to see laws change to allow them to provide caviar and other variety of products.

I recently had a bad experience, but came back and they seriously leveled up. I think with the growing pains and covid, a lot of things were just going wrong. But, they really took it up a notch and am now a very happy customer again.

The experience and the product are usually great, however, this time I was given a bunch of "shake." Totally disappointed in that.

Now that orders are taken only on line through Leafly or Weedmaps, then you are texted when your order is ready for pick-up. Which works out great. Just be sure to pay attention to the ORDER the door-tender lets you go into the store from your car. Those dudes need to hand out numbers so you don’t get left in your car waiting and pushed to the back.

You guys need some kind of discount that would be great

My first visit was very uncomfortable. I was not treated like a first timer and nothing was explained to me. I was treated like a regular and I was very nervous and confused

Just like old times waiting around all day on the weedman to serve you. Apparently they are ok with having their customers hang around for hours in their mud-filled parking lot. It’s a bad look for business, and I’m surprised the neighboring business and homes have not complained. My last visit, the guy handing out numbers greeted me when I pulled in. He did not give me a number but did tell me he would come get me in just a sec. (I was parked right in front of the door.). Not three min later, a car pulled up beside me, and the number guy gave rushed over to give him a number. When it came time for the next up customer to go in, the number guy came and got the guy who pulled in after me. I confronted the numbers guy, and he told me it was my fault for not getting a number from him. And then proceeded to chastise me about how busy he is and how much he’s got going on.

I love the employees. they follow shitty policy and one of the guard hippies has an awful aura. I used to live this place but probably won't visit ever again. vive la releaf.

I love this place. Unpretentious and no gimmicky pricing. Nice folks, too.

Arie is one of the sweetest girls, and I must say with all that’s happening amid the coronavirus and us having to stand outside to get our meds, I know they’re doing the best they can and it shows. They truly care about their patients and that’s awesome. I hope they all take care and stay well. The Source is down to earth and treat people the upmost respect and dignity. I wish them the very best in these uncertain times and pray they are allowed to stay open for us patients. Lenny you silver fox and Arie thank you so much for all you do for us, beautiful souls.

I am trying to be as patient as I can possibly be, but they asked my opinion so here it is. Since they are only taking online orders, I would think that the process could be speeded up. It should not take more than a couple of minutes to give you your order and take your money. It is all cash so no slowdown with checks and cc’s. Otherwise, this is a very nice group of people and the service is good. I know that these are not normal times and I appreciate the dispensary being open. Thank you!!!

Here’s the thing- marijuana in Arkansas is expensive/overpriced no matter where you go! I LOVE The Source. From the guard to the counter service, everything is quick and so personal. They make you feel so comfortable, and are so welcoming. I have never had a bad experience. My first visit I got some edibles from an online order, and the guy at counter made me aware that another brand was a better deal! He was more than happy to switch it out for me. I can’t express how much I love the customer service here. I will FOREVER be a customer here.

Just went to this place, compared to the 4 I’ve been to, this one takes it so far.

Good selection, decent prices, good staff. They are friendly, they get to you quick and they are helpful. Never had any complaints about the source. It's way better than releaf center. Fresher product (releaf harvest dates are normally 2-3 months behind the source) and better quality. It may not be as cheap as releaf but I'm willing to pay a little more for better quality product and much better service. Best dispensary in Bentonville by a thousand miles.
