Absolutely fabulous service, came to Long Island for a visit and forgot some things at home and needed bud in a pinch. The products are amazing quality and were delivered less than 3.5 hours after placing order. Amazing service would absolutely order again! Plus the woman on the phone was very accommodating and had great customer service skills. Great experience.

On Saturdays you do not get deliveries on time and are not notified as approximate time. It's 11:00 pm and there is no courtesy call and no show. The girls who answer the phone are very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable.

Went to the shop down the road and felt uncomfortable there. I saw a sign that said friendliest smokeshop and pulled in there. I'm hooked on Smokers Depot now. I'm in there every few days.
