Absolutely awful experience. We are new to Ada and my husband simply asked questions about the growers that the shop carried.
We were greeted by the budtender who checked us in, she seemed like she was going to give us a good experience but we didn't get the chance to find out because, who I am assuming, is the owner took over and was very off putting. My husband and I have our favorite growers from the Durant area and were curious to discover some new ones. He immediately cut us off and asked who we were and why we were asking questions and talked about how cutthroat the industry was. As a patient this was very frustrating. He stood with his back to us talking over his shoulder. I am not one to leave nasty reviews but this was unexeptable behavior. Patients are becoming more knowledgeable and will have more questions. He just assumed that we were trying to fish information out of him and I am very angry with the experience. Keep your free 5 dollar pre roll for being a new patient. And I hope you do better in the future.
Flower is a little bit higher than others but the saying you get what you pay for is right on. Or just go during happy hour. The folks in there are super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They do not let their flower (or anything I'm sure) sit there and get crusty. I would give 10 stars for quality if I could. Always quality and the best in town. New selection every week it seems. Glad the menu and deals are now on Leafly. Do yourself a favor and check them out you will most likely find your new favorite place to go. I did for sure.
