I love how welcoming they make me feel. The others in town work you like “cattle” in and out don’t even care to ask how your day is. I guess some like poor customer service, but I don’t. I gladly drive 30 min away to come visit you guys. I just love how welcoming the staff is and I have also never had bad quality product. I have got dry and stale from other places like they dug it out from the old hay shed somewhere.
This place is by far the best in my book very little wait time the staff was super helpful and friendly the entire atmosphere of this place is amazing . They are also very Knowledgeable and answer any questions you might have . And if your a first time visitor like I am they give you a discount of your very first order . Love this place will most defiantly be back ..
I love everyone and everything at this location except the parking lot, praying once all the remodeling is done maybe they could re-stripe the parking lot at an angle! But seriously I could go on and on about how wonderful they are, not just friendly but very knowledgeable.
I love going here as they are so organized and there is rarely a waiting time to pick up your orders. Also the orders are filled in a timely manner and the whole procedure at this dispensary is very efficient. The people are very kind and helpful. Thank you, Releaf Center!!! Great teamwork here!
My first dispensary visit was here. The atmosphere is wonderful! Randi helped me decide what I wanted by showing me the best options for my desired affect. They have a rewards program and their Tier 4 selections keep a premium budget friendly option available! I can not wait to get to know everyone by name!
All product is pre-packaged and most product is in black packaging making you unable to see what you are buying before you buy it. I have proper storage at home it’s more important for me to see what I’m buying!
Staff is always AMAZING! They were passing out cold bottles of water on a day when it was almost 100 degrees outside.
ReLeaf always has a good selection and good specials. It’s the only place I go now. I accidentally left my medical card there last time and they saved it for me!
I like that the employees are so motivated and helpful!! They work so hard to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome. The employees at The Releaf Center are top notch, and they take the time to inform customers on their needs based on diagnosis!!!!
5 stars isn't enough. I live 2 hours away in Missouri and it was a relief when I got there and they had me fill out paperwork, got me right in and out. Was there yesterday and the gentleman at the door let me in to the awesome blonde behind the front desk. They offered an extra 20% off for first time patients, so I took advantage. The guy was really nice and super informative who brought me up to the girl at register 3. She was kind enough to ring up my total and add a few things on for me. From when I walked up to fill out paperwork to when i left I bet I was off the premises within 10 minutes. Awesome place, keep it up! Will definitely make my primary supply store.
Staff are polite and professional, they work hard to see that everyone is happy and they keep the line moving to the best of their ability no matter how busy the place is, along with a great security staff. Ordering online or with an app is easy and will hold your order until you get there to pick it up, although you may still have to wait in line if it's very busy. Even on a hot and busy day like today they were handing out water and had fans outdoors (due to safety measures related to social distancing) to keep people as comfortable as possible during their wait. Staff is knowledgeable, every recommendation I have tried has been right on, and this place does everything to the letter by the book. There are some great discounts offered if you qualify and discounted prices on items pretty much daily.
