Always fantastic customer service! Best place to go in Northwest Arkansas! Very informative super nice. Don't make you feel stupid, very welcoming environment. Can't say the same for other dispensary in Bentonville. if the lines are starting to be a problem for you look into the delivery it might be worth it. Still great customer service and it's better to get stuff Monday through Thursday weekends are slammed so try to plan ahead! Don't forget to wear masks and don't give these people any grief about it because they are awesome!!!!
I love going here as they are so organized and there is rarely a waiting time to pick up your orders. Also the orders are filled in a timely manner and the whole procedure at this dispensary is very efficient. The people are very kind and helpful. Thank you, Releaf Center!!! Great teamwork here!
I like that the employees are so motivated and helpful!! They work so hard to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome. The employees at The Releaf Center are top notch, and they take the time to inform customers on their needs based on diagnosis!!!!
I love the new covered patio like area. This is my 3rd visit and each time time I fo there are fabulous improvements! The staff is amazing!! The system is place for taking care of the clients is near flawless. The only issue at this time is parking. You guys were full, at least 20 people in line and the line was growing quickly. Regarding product, I have not been able to use the same product twice. Is there a secret to ordering? Even ordering the same day , I am messaged that it's not available. That being said it was my first 'pickup' order. All in all, this place rocks!!
