Staff is generally friendly and somewhat knowledgable. Good selection of concentrates, flowers, edibles, hardware, etc. Had an issue with a cartridge purchased there that started leaking both from the mouthpiece and at the threads and the staff originally told me they didn't take things back for that reason then when I called later they told me they only took returns for two weeks. Pretty disappointing service for a place where you definitely aren't saving any money. If you do shop here, make sure you wait until they have a good deal (they will text you deals most days). They have 10-20% off the entire store once every week or so and a referral program where when your friend shops there for the first time and spends $50 you get a $30 item for $5. Not bad.

I've had to bring back my rec several times because they have such a horrible computer system. it's a nice place, but very poorly run. I will not be coming back.

The Pottery is always nicely staffed. Good buds. Good prices. Staff is always well informed and doesn't rush you. Interior is nicely lit, well kept and relaxing. There's a good reason this shop is on my daily commute.

The Pottery is my go-to shop for flower, edibles and gear. It's a dispensary as nice as an Apple Store. The staff always takes it's time when I need a minute and always has an answer to any questions. They also take credit cards. That's nice. Some days I don't want to take cash out of the bank.
