I had a discrepancy and the staff stepped right up, the manager came over looked at my receipt and said come on back we will take care of this! I was like are you sure if I’m wrong I’m wrong I have no problems being wrong. Well she said no your good we got you!! Word I’m wit it. Thank y’all so much for making the experience dope! But y’all hooked it way up!!!

So happy your dispensary has expanded to Phoenix, which saves me the drive from North Scottsdale to the south side of the valley. I understand it's a fairly new location, and I know more inventory will be in stock. Keep it up, Mint crew👏👏

I feel like I was discriminated and I am glad I didn’t spend another dime at Mint Dispensary! My girlfriend came in before me and purchased a quarter end got another one for free of their “platinum” tier . And used her first time patient Deal to do so. I liked the flower so I went back the very next day . All of sudden it’s me and not her and they tell me they can’t do the deal for me ! What in the world ! So I tell the manager (Caucasian guy) and he just basically says screw you. Showed no concern and another employer walked by with a smirk as if something were funny. I would never recommend going here and I plan on taking this matter to social media to express the way I feel. This is unacceptable!

I didn't wanna leave this review but I have to... the Triangle Octane strain was straight trash! For the price that it is... it is absolutely trash. Just highly disappointed that it's on their highest shelf and I had to be the one who grabbed it

So I enter this location and get in line to check in. 1 person at the counter, 2 in line ahead of me. Over the next few minutes the line continued to grow. The single check in employee was working to get the same patient checked in, probably a new patient and needed the extra time. I looked into the back and realized there was no one waiting in line to be directed to a register and a few budtenders with empty registers. Common sense would dictate the floor manager or some sort of supervisor getting another check in lane opened to clear the bottle neck at check in. This did not happen. However one motivated BAMF of a budtender seized the initiative and moved herself to the second check in lane to clear the back log of people trying to get in and spend money in your shop. I don’t imagine she is an owner but she certainly demonstrated exemplary leadership potential and most certainly should be promoted ahead of her class (give her a raise). Zoe with the green/aqua hair should be considered as one of your most valuable employees as her actions reduced her ability to make tips in favor of improving the overall customer experience. Also you may want to consider either training your supervisors to to shift labor on the fly like that or just promote Zoe.

Mint used to have separate med and rec lines. Now it’s just one. Medical patients built this industry in Arizona and the thanks we get is dispensaries turning their back on us at each turn. This is my last visit here.

I tried to pick up my medicine at 9:29 at the drive thru and I was turned away because they like to close the drive thru early. Sounds good unless you have difficulty walking. I was unable to sleep well due to missing my medicine. Please change this discriminatory policy ASAP

Customer service needs improvement, I did an online order at 11:55am never got a text about my order, call the store on Bell Rd. the guy I talked to was more interested in helping walk in customers. Went to the store to pick up my order was disappointed in you Customer service. Your employees showed more interest in non medical customers and their willingness to help them. The person helping me was NOT in a good mood. I used to love this place.

I’ll never go back there again, I made a purchase of a quarter oz and a preroll. So I paid for it all the product was still on the counter I never touched it and it was NOT bagged and I change my mind cuz I wanted to get a better grade. But tender says I can’t give you that money back because I already rang it up. I said well I haven’t walked out the door with it so how can you have sold it to me well you gave me the cash he said and nothing I can do. Also did not get my old man discount. From now on it’s going to be HEALTH FOR LIFE, just down the street and way nicer people. Screw you!!!!!!!!

I came in, needed internet to pull up my card. Was told I cannot use the Internet there but lady at desk. So I went home , took a snapshot of my card and came back. I was told I couldn't use a snapshot of my medical card. It was my first time there. I've been going to health for Life for 6 years and was told this place was great. At health for Life dispensary I am able to use the internet there. I'm just a proof of point I went into hell for life with that snapshot of my medical card and they took it no questions asked. And the person behind the counter was new I've never seen before. Needless to say I will never be going to meet again. And sticking to the dispensary that I can actually get served at. I spend two to $300 a week. I saw I guess it was a missed opportunity to have a good loyal customer. I will share my negative experience with every single person I come across. The people weren't even that nice about it. They were just a matter of fact like oh well go somewhere else.....

My preorder was wrong for the 5 time. There was noone ready again at the preorder line. its so bad people behind me went into the regular line. counted five employees leaning and laughing while I was just standing around waiting for help. they pinch the prerolls also. I submitted three complaints and heard nothing. Dont go here unless you want to deal with the bs.

The online menu is awful, they have things in their dispensary that is not online and do not clarify specials. I placed an online order and it was my first time so the BOGO on flower up to a 1/4. I placed the order and drove 30 minutes one way just to be told that Runtz did not qualify for that deal and now I'm driving 30 minutes back home with no weed. I'm furious!!!! Will not recommend and unless this is addressed I don't see myself ever returning either. Way to drop the ball Mint!
