First off she has a cool vibe making you feel like you know each other from the start. You just tell her what you need and she will show you all the best varieties of what you need and good prices. Loved the set up of the product, it gave you a way better and close up look at what you are purchasing. Everyone at this location was really cool and nice but Sara C is my girl now, she really helped me out. Thanks again my friends!!!

Justin T. was great! I picked up an online order about 45 minutes before closing and there was still a crowd. I got in with 20 minutes to closing or so and JT still helped me edit my order at the counter, apply my student discount, and made sure I knew everything I needed to know. Medmen is a great place and they're doing all they can to make the outside wait comfortable, with lots of shade and sprinklers. Love this place, thanks JT!

Amazing first experience here. The atmosphere is great and the budtender Mari was very informative and had amazing customer service. Definitely will be coming back and recommending to others!!

I've been in a couple of times and have been help very well each time. JT was very informative and very nice describing the strains to me and another time I was helped by Larsa S. and she was very helping on my choosing of a new strain. Both were very good Budtenders, I will definitley be back!

My favorite strain is durban poison and med men has the strongest sweetest smelling durban flower ever. My budtender Daniel was quick and kind. Receptionist had great service too. If this dispensary keeps that strain in stock, I know I'll be back.

This was my 3rd shopping experience at this location. Each visit has been extremely pleasant and professional. Parker J. consulted me on this visit and he was very knowledgeable in everything I asked about and I'm confident in the product he helped me select. All of the staff I've had the pleasure of interacting with, from check-in to leaving have been top-notch. I live nearby, but I'd still drive to this location if I moved.

Wonderful selection, knowledgeable and friendly staff and great prices. 7-9 is happy hour, 20% off which is awesome. Nas helped us throughout our entire visit, was very attentive, gave excellent recommendations and had us laughing the whole time. He was a huge help and simply added to the experience, we will be back!

The fact we were able to meet someone that didn't just wanna sale us weed, but that is the job, understanding customer service, in today's day and age you gotta overstand it's not just about the sale, we purchased a welcoming personality and customer service that will bring us back. People don't buy brands people buy people. Yeah the weed is pricey, so don't expect to hold on to many of those $$$$$, good quality and great Advice tho. The whole staff was chill.. My fiance and i were welcomed by BUD TENDER SARA WHOM made me feel like buying all the weed. I spent like $150.00 in dat joint and I DO NOT DO THIS, I SWEAR!!! BUT overstand it's NEW TO THE AREA, so if your Here on vacation EXPECT HIGH PRICE BUT MEDMEN KEEP IT FRESH AND GOOD. I REPEAT FRSH WEED MID THC HIGH EXPECY NO MORE THAN 26% NO TERPS DISPLAYED LABELS YET. ITS WAS FRESHER THAN LAS BAG VEGAS, I felt less hustled, and it matches the quality and service of California medMen. Thank you Sara got me 3 flavors and the 10% off.

My only problem is, with the pod packaging. I'm handicapped, and got tired of nothing but Bummer flower being available. So I switched to the concentrates, pods. At least the have the strains I enjoy. But come on people that pkg these things. Jesus, had to use a knife and dangerously cut my way through the overdone packaging to get to the product. Lighten up guys, JEEZ

Trash. Medmen always was and will remain a joke. They tried to ruin both Level Up locations, and succeeded in destroying everything that made Monarch great. Worst dispensary chain in the world. Old dried out flower from never breaking 100 patients per day. Just sad to see good operations fall to this joke of a company. There is a reason no one goes here. They are terrible.

Great prices and products. Best of all both Patrick and Rachel provided excellent information on the products we were interested in. They were both extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I will go back.

I’ve been shopping at this dispensary for 9 years. They are helpful in educating you on the effects on their products and identifying the deals that are available. The staff is friendly and the environment in the dispensary is safe and clean💪💪
