Today was my first visit at a dispensary and I went to monarch! It was a fantastic! The staff was friendly, good meds, great atmosphere!! Vey nice place!

The best dispensary in Phoenix. From the time you walk in til the time you leave, a professional experience from beginning to end. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and you couldn't ask for a better menu, including a large selection of edibles. I highly recommend you try them out. They have definitely earned my business.

This was the first time I had ever purchased from the great folks at Monarch. I was a little unsure at first and had done a lot of research to find a local dispensary that would be worthwhile. I was so happy when I found Monarch, they are close to where I live and the staff is all very helpful and friendly. Drove from Gilbert to Via Ventura because they had the only pain strain that keeps the shrapnel in my ankles from making me cry. Very nice offices. The people were friendly, Mario asked me if I was familiar with MMJ. I knew what I wanted so we chatted. Their product room is very nice, fits 3 or 4 people at once. Monarch just rocks! It's upbeat and very well run. I've been coming in for months now and always impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable guys and gals who work here. Yes, the office atmosphere is upscale Scottsdale but it's really the great people who work here that create the professional, clean and caring environment. Menu isn’t updated, won’t honor advertised specials. It’s bs that an hour after you open, you still advertise yesterday’s specials. Drive all the way over here, to some rude bud tender to tell me it’s my fault for not calling. I will never buy here again

I stopped in on Friday the 17th right around the time they were opening. First impressions... outside doesn't do the inside any favors lol. The decor is clean, inviting and warm. Once I got verified I was called back to the med room by Sierra. She was the one helping me and made the visit even better. The system went down and while I had to wait maybe 5 to 10 minutes it wasn't an inconvenience. It was nice to sea an actual medical director educating a patient. The med director gave me a 10%off card, for the system being down, which I returned since the system came up quickly. Sierra, and the whole place is top notch. The meds are as well. Thank you. . I came here about a week ago and was blown away by the service. The employees were very helpful with educating me on different strains and their effects. They have fair prices for top-notch quality flowers, and many choices of edibles and other smoking accessories as well. I would recommend this dispensary to anyone in the Scottsdale area! I will be back!
