I visited this location for the first time. I was greeted by a friendly face and felt welcome right away. They had awesome magazines and really cool swag! I was helped by an educated girl her name was cool Raine! I honestly was nervous but the staff was amazing. I will be visiting again.

Great products! Love the BOGO! My budtender was Rachel and she really helped me out. Will be back and fingers crossed Rachel will be there to hepl!

This was the first dispensary I ever visited in person, and I was so glad I did. The budtender was patient and courteous. He helped me avoid some noob errors and connected me with the right things.

This place was great. Ryane (sp) at the front was really helpful and answered everything I could throw at her. I’m definitely gonna be back to try her recommendation

I came in expecting better deals and was upset so much had changed since my last visit. I was helped by Blaine and he turned my experience from a negative one to a positive one. I’ll be back only because of the customer service during my visit. The flower was overpriced and not sold by the larger quantity (half ounces and ounces) he assured me there would be a better variety on my next visit thanks for the awesome service and the buds program seems great!

My favorite dispensary in the area. Bailee S. was a wealth of information and incredibly kind. If the bud-tenders weren't automatically assigned I'd shop with her everytime!

I love the service Sarah C gave me today. I have many options on where to go, but it's people like Sarah who make me go to MedMen again and again. She even gave me pointers on how to best use my new products and I learn more every time I speak with her. She's the best

I've been coming to this MedMen since 2013 when it was Monarch! They have a great variety of products and an excellent staff. Rachel K is extremely knowledgeable and always helps me find what I need. She goes above and beyond when explaining things to me and is always honest. I know you can't request who your budtender is, but I would choose her every time!

Friendly budtenders. No one IRL can tell me the genetics of their house-brand AZ Berry Kush. No one online will respond to strain inquiry requests or provide COAs. I really like the budtenders here, but the organization as a whole needs to work on strain education and lab transparency.

Horrible quality of Flowers. Scottsdale prices with crap quality. Tried two strains 'Wonder Woman' and 'Blue Dream' both were disgusting. Both flowers were stale, dry, nasty flavor, no terpenes to smell or taste. Overpriced on everything. This location is one of the worst for quality and prices.

Dispensary is pretty solid if it’s actually open. They seem to be close just as often as they’re open these days even during regular business hours. Unfortunately you won’t find this out until you arrive. Complete waste of time again today. That’s twice in two weeks. I think I need a new dispensary now

Arden was amazing at explaining the deals, especially because it was my first time and I had no idea what I was doing! Bridget, Ian, and Nas were also awesome, they picked out a great selection for me, all having super cool names. I would go out of my way to come back to this location.

I am from Cali so I have been to many different types of dispensaries...Monarch is #1 for me right now in Az...Great quality , Great Service ,And Great Atmosphere ...The spurs vs heat game was on in the lobby the first time I went... Great look ,will probably get some meds today matter of fact lol.

This was my first time visiting a dispensary and I was a little nervous. Amalia was super wonderful in her attitude and patient and helped me understand what would be best for my conditions. The shop is very relaxed and everyone was great. Super kind tasty buds and I love the Sourlope and Kosher, very potent. Got a Romulan fattie which I will try out at BBQ time today. I will return!
