I have been to several other Valley dispensaries, and decided to check out Monarch for the first time on 6/20/14, since I recently started working in the area and Monarch's location is very convenient for me. I must say that Monarch is TOP NOTCH! Being a Friday, it was very busy, but the staff was very apologetic and extremely efficient and accommodating to everyone waiting in the lobby. Free Monarch lighters were given to all patients to make up for the wait, and for me personally, free medicine was also given to me to make up for my 30 minute wait. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable about their products and I will definitely be a frequent customer in the future and would recommend Monarch to anyone looking for a quality dispensary experience!

Very good atmosphere. Clean place and very knowledgeable employees. I have been to more that 8 dispensaries in the phoenix area and by far this is my favorite. I drive out of my way to visit monarch!

Great spacious setup and easy to understand 'rewards program'. All of the employees were helpful and happy. Easy access from the freeway as well. I will dolphinately visit again.

I drive from the other side of town just to go to Monarch. Monarch has an excellent selection of good meds and there customer service is as kind as the buds. They provide a menu with all the information you need to know about the different strains and products. The folks who work here are always happy and friendly. Also Knowledgeable about the different stains. They have a big selection to choose from including a high CBD strain that I can't find at any other dispensary in town. (Critical mass). Jenn Z helped me yesterday and not only was she kind and knowledgeable but absolutely gorgeous as well. That’s always a plus ;). Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back to Monarch.

First let me say this is the only dispensary that I choose to go to. From the minute you walk in you are greeted by friendly staff in an open and clean (nay I say airy) reception area. After usually a very short wait your budtender will come out and bring you to the medication room. From here you can tell they are very knowledgeable about the different strains. They listen to symptoms and concerns and guide you to the medication that best matches. PLUS......the medication is amazing. Either flower or edible, you are going to be impressed. I'm so glad I found Monarch.

I've been her twice now. First impression was enough for a second visit. Tried pgsc on first visit and found it be adequate, though not my "cup o' tea". Second visit tried G-13 and Caramelicious. G-13, though not really tight, mature flowers had very nice flavor, aroma, and potency! Caramelicious was really dense and unique. I would buy either of these again. Got free 1/8 of Mendo Perp with purchase!!! Icing on the cake. Staff and facility are both great!

I LOVE Monarch!!! I have been coming here for meds since their first day open, and I don't (and won't) go anywhere else. The level of service and depth of knowledge of the staff, the quality of the flowers, and their selection of infused products is unmatched in the valley. I would highly recommend this establishment to any medical marijuana patient that can make it here!

The prices are high. I stopped here after work because I was in severe pain with a back spasm. The budtender consultation was awesome. He took my situation seriously and recommended excellent medicine that helped me both with immediate and long term relief. I have been back several times since. High prices aside, the quality here is worth the trip and the price!!!!

I had my 1st experience at Monarch today and my impression was great. The office matched vibe on the website. Super friendly and clean and modern with good color. My personal preference is a more boutique vibe vs a more clinical Dr. Office style. Monarch fit the bill. The sales room was even cooler. Well laid out and very organized, bright with a friendly staff. My sales guy had good knowledge and suggested Durban Poison after I told him what types of strains worked for me. Review coming soon! Monarch was totally up my alley with not only they visual style but the meds on display were plenty. I'd say close to 20 strains of quality flower. Speaking of displays, I also really liked their (2) large flatscreen menus. I am not really into edibles or dabbing so I can't talk about what they offered there for these products. Prices are really what drew me here. I have a dispensary 2 minutes from my house but all grams are $20+. Monarch had over half the menu @ $17 a gram including one of my favorite strains Mother's Helper! One thing they did different then other dispensaries is offer 1st time patients a punch card that allows you to save 10% for the next 10 purchases. At first I was like, I'd rather get a free preroll but the punch card is a better deal over time. Directions.. The map told me to exit 90th (off 101) but it's better to exit Vi De Ventura, pass Pima, look to your right and Monarch is right behind the post office. I actually found it because they have done a great job of putting the Monarch name on the top of the building so it's easy to see. If I was to make a tiny critique I would say that the couches looked like they needed a lite cleaning. Must be because there are a lot of clients. Overall, I have become a fan because Monarch offers great prices for quality meds and have built a stylish place to shop in. Looking forward to my next visit!

My first time at a dispensary, and it was a wonderful experience! It is very clean and professional, the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and the prices/selection is great!
