Loved the Blue Dream, thanks for the awesome experience in Monarch!! I loved this place!!

I am new to the whole medical marijuana world. I went into Monarch for the first time feeling very overwhelmed. Everyone there was so helpful and explained very well the different strains, products, and dosage of the medication. They made me feel so comfortable and I was sure that I was in good hands. They staff is always so happy, kind, and willing to help and answer questions. Not to mention, the facility is kept impeccably clean! I highly recommend Monarch!!!

There's quite a bit of options as far as Valley dispensaries go. As a new cardholder, I've tried several facilities to compare the prices of medicine and its quality, and the overall experience. Monarch excels in most categories. Quality of all flower strains that I have tried here is absolute top-tier. There are cheaper dispensaries you could visit, but for me it would be a financial compromise anyways (more gas money to drive further out to get a cheaper product, which is usually of lower quality than Monarch's flowers. All weekday-long early bird, $10 gram specials is a great deal, of which I take advantage. They also have a new patient 10 visit, 10% off punch card. The staff here is absolutely wonderful. During my first visit here I felt Jane went above and beyond to educate a new cardholder without any hint of irritation at my newbieness, for which I'm grateful. She even called me back the next day to discuss my experience. Every single employee I've interacted with here has been super pleasant and friendly, the atmosphere rocks. All bud tenders here have been extremely patient during purchases and make great recommendations. Forgot some names but Jane and Vicki stand out, so helpful. A suggestion is to have the employees wear name badges so we can put a name behind the faces easier. This is my go-to dispensary, which I would recommend to a friend with zero hesitation.

I recently obtained my medical card due to my scoliosis among other issues I have. I've never tried marijuana in my life so the whole thing is intimidating. I didn't know where to go and I heard some dispensaries aren't as legit as others. My doctor told me to download leafly and look. So as I would search reviews like on Amazon or ebay I searched what was the highest rated and Monarch shows up with over 1k reviews and overall highly rated. I drive over there, the area is nice surrounded by other medical building like dentists, surgeons etc. I go in the building, it's very clean, the girl at the front desk was super kind and informative. The people there is what you'd expect, people who need it. I saw older folks, some my age just like you would see at any doctors office. Everyone who worked there was super kind and very professional. I had a seat and a gentleman named Rick helped me. He was very kind and understanding to someone as new as me to this whole thing. He asked me what my issues were such as my back and recommended me great products to use in various settings, told me proper dosages and just gave me tons of great information. After this experience I will totally be going back. If anyone who is like me and nervous or intimidated by it all, please do yourself a favor and go to Monarch I can't recommend it enough.

Multiple visits to Monarch, have never had anything but an exemplary experience here. Great staff starting at security, to the greeter/admin and all the budtenders. Not just pretend service-industry nice, genuinely nice and passionate people with a genuine interest in botany. Lot of decent dispensaries out there, none like this one. The people here consistently make the experience great, literally never once had a bad experience. My most recent visit with Dana was educational and engaging enough to motivate the writing of my review.Thank you Monarch. There's not a more professional group of exceptional employees doing this at such a high level. Mahalo.

Monarch should be the standard for dispensaries. my budtender rick was very knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. meds are great but not 65 a gram(concentrates) great. what makes it worth 65 a gram is the quick and friendly service and that i felt safe from the outside having a security guard as well as the location.

monarch provides some of the best quality medicine in the valley. prices can be steep but they always have access to specials to help customers keep money in their wallet

Killer atmosphere And music. Kind of had a "Nip/Tuck" feel to it. Very knowledgeable and down to earth staff, good quality and reasonably priced bud and edibles, and the only place i could find Maui Waui! Well worth the drive from Gilbert.

They charge twice as much as most places, have long waits, and focus on smell and taste rather than actually effects of strands. They do not care about you or any other person in need. They're a bunch of stoners suspiciously taking only cash and charging double what you'd pay elsewhere for lower quality, pee-weighed and packed pot.

Great service and flowers! Moderate pricing and a very helpful staff! Jordan helped me out and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all my questions and made me feel as if I was a unique guest during my experience. Thanks monarch I will be returning for all my medication.

This was my first visit to a dispensary in Arizona and it was awesome. Great place with a large selection and decent prices. Customer service was excellent. Vicki was extremely knowledgable and helpful in making a selection.

Very efficient, I'm usually in and out within 15 mins! Staff is very knowledgeable and polite, ask for Roger! Always have a good variety on the menu

Clean, comfortable atmosphere. Several strains that I have yet to see elsewhere. YiLo and Tastebuds edibles. Great first visit to this dispensary using their first time patient special.

I will definitely come back for my medication needs. The bud tender(Blakely) was very knowledgeable about various strains. I got some Blue Dream and it was the best that I have had anywhere else, and I have tried Blue Dream from many other places and it is always good but this was by far the best.
