This was my first visit to MedMen. I was blown away by the atmosphere and customer service. This place literally looks like a high tech store for cannabis! I had many questions and wanted to learn more about what product(s) may best suit my needs. Kyra G was extremely insightful and provided some great recommendations. She took time to explain strain differences and was very personable. I had a fantastic overall experience and MedMen is now my #1 dispensary. In addition, as I tried the products last night, they worked perfectly as Kyra suggested they would. Thank you Kyra and the MedMen team for standing up a 1st class operation based on customer experience. I'll be sharing this feedback with others 😁. JD

Jordan H. handled me & my Navy Veteran Uncle's first time like a piece of cake & we are hard to handle...The Flower we got was Stanky & smells like the Shizz-Nit!!! He knows which one I should have doubled my order with...So, " I'll be back..." So will the Uncle...he's drivin'!!! 2 thumbs up...Great place, awesome crew!!!

Bought an $8 pre-roll here with some flower and the thing damn thing burnt only one side of the pre-roll and I couldn’t even smoke the thing. Definitely would like my money back or other product for the inconvenience.

It was the first day of recreational sales today! What an effective sales operation in place! I was greeted at the door, assigned a knowledgeable and personable young women. She was able to recommend quality products that met my unique needs. I will be back soon!

Kudos again to the outstanding service provided at this location this afternoon. This is becoming my happy place as I am new to the area. DJ was a great budtender with great knowledg on the products. I also got to meet Victor, who along with DJ introduced to me some awesome VEGAN chocolate edibles called Hippie Chicks. I enjoyed the conversation with them both and they shared some great info on what all Arizona has to offer in this amazing and fun industry! :) Also shout out to the Security Guard and Greeter at the door. They were friendly as well. Definitley coming back!

Both Courteous and Prompt, This is the spot for Shatter. Super knowledgeable staff that actually knows their product. Today I was helped by Silver. Not only was she able to find me exactly what I wanted based off of my nebulous criteria, but she wasnt pushy on up-saleing me; only recommending things I would actually want for next time. Will definitely be coming back.

I visited this location for the first time. I was greeted by a friendly face and felt welcome right away. They had awesome magazines and really cool swag! I was helped by an educated girl her name was cool Raine! I honestly was nervous but the staff was amazing. I will be visiting again.

Just picked up some Baked Bro syrup! I was very please they had the 600mg in the Watermelon! Kim my bud tender was so Beautiful and nice. She has a great vibe and got me exactly what I needed fast. Thank you for carrying the product and the flavor.

I came in expecting better deals and was upset so much had changed since my last visit. I was helped by Blaine and he turned my experience from a negative one to a positive one. I’ll be back only because of the customer service during my visit. The flower was overpriced and not sold by the larger quantity (half ounces and ounces) he assured me there would be a better variety on my next visit thanks for the awesome service and the buds program seems great!

came here for the first time today it was quick and easy. found exactly what I was looking for. the potent planet flower is great. only bad part was there was no menu on leafly had to go to the website and that didnt seem up to date because it listed more than what was in store
