Excellent dispensary with very knowledgeable employees. Parker told us everything we needed to know to choose the right product and he was great!

Worked with budtender Sarah today; I must say, an absolutely gorgeous individual, a beautiful persona, super outgoing, & extremely kind. I love the service the budtenders give here, and like how they make convos and make you feel welcome, I truly love this place, my absolute favorite dispo hands down. See you next time!

Sarah C was very knowledgeable and awesome. She knew a lot of things about the THC and CBD and was knowledgeable on the products from bath salts to gummies to bud. I will definitely go back to this location and I feel like I have my very own personal guide in Sarah C.

The service is great and so is the flower. I am very disappointed with the gummies, Exotic Yuzu 2:1 cbd/thc and Strawberry 10:1. There was no effect from either one when taking a portion or a whole piece- no pain relief, no buzz. They’re expensive and I wish there was a way to exchange or get credit .

Great customer service today from Esperanza! It was our first time in this type of environment and she made us feel super comfortable. She gave us a lot of info and helped us pick out exactly what we wanted. We will definitely be back!

Justin Turpin is such a great help with product knowledge. He always points me in the right direction with what I’m feeling on a particular day. Great communication and awesome at making my time here at madmen special. Lares and Miles are amazing in the back! Great pace of getting products to bud tenders. Always friendly when I stop bye. These two know how to hold down back of the house. Madison is usually my bud tender! She remembered me and said hello! Such a great feeling. Dj, there is no one better at checking patients in. Great hair!! Fuck it’s great! Espe and Sarah have such a great friendly vibe and always saying hello. They treat patients here with extra care. Guys the team today was on point and a great representation of medmen company as whole.

Today I came in and I was helped out by Javier and Alek P I definitely was not having the best day but they made me feel so much better!! So kind so supporting they are amazing!!! Can’t wait to go back!!!

Meant to write this before, but Brianna was an absolute pleasure. Came in to pick up some Arnold Palmer she was so nice walked me right to the cashier and kept me engaged. Not only was the bud on point but the customer service she had was exceptional

First time in, and let me tell you, this place is killer. The misters on the exterior moisten the skin with a touch so delicate you almost forget you're hanging outside in AZ in late August. Once the kind security fellow beckons you in, you find yourself inside with the brisk A/C amongst a plethora of choices so vast it's damn near titillating. They have tablets to easily browse the current stock, and also showcase everything in glass cases on the floor which I think is pretty neat. The best part though is that Budtenders like Sarah C round it out to perfection. For Sarah alone I would give this place more stars than a kindergarten teacher hands out grading homework. Sarah was super friendly and able to answer all my questions while showing that she was passionate about her role helping me to get high. Most importantly she had some big chill vibes, 10/10. - Matt

Parker was great! He was very knowledgeable and cool to talk to. He helped me find everything I was looking for. If I could give 10 stars for customer service, that’s what Parker deserves! I will definitely be back.

First time at a dispensary in AZ, and this place and our bud tender, SARAH, we’re excellent! So much knowledge and very friendly and accommodating ! I found everything I was coming in for plus more! Great selection.

First time here. Was in the industry in Oakland,Ca as a lab testing director. Parker assisted me with the best products exclusively for health for my family members in hospice. I could not recommend Parker personally higher. He was outstanding in his knowledge and the products exceptional. Truly the only place I will shop from this point forward! Great job Medmen for the quality of both the staff and your products.

Another awesome visit to Medmen! Esperanza was great she showed the good flower deals going on and just didn’t try to show me the most expensive flower. She even showed me the rest of the deals going on I got some edibles for a great price!

I made a phone call today to reach out for may be a good strain that I’ve never tried for my pain issue because I am a medical patient. And Alek Was the person that answered the phone she was more than helpful. This is my first time at this establishment or attempting to go, and I was really blown away by the customer service I received over the phone I haven’t even stepped foot in this dispensary yet and I’m already being offered wonderful new strains that I should try I really appreciate it when I have someone like this at a dispensary to help me navigate this huge industry when it comes to finding the right medicine for my needs. Thank you again Alek I hope that this review is read by your higher-ups and they reflect on it and commend you on it because you are doing a phenomenal job. It’s not every day you get someone on the phone that’s willing to help you out as much as she was. Thanks again👍🏽

Went for the first time earlier today. I was blown away with the amazing service! First, there was NO wait when I arrived. I was greeted by smiling faces and everyone seemed genuinely happy to work there. Brianna N helped me and she couldn’t have been more knowledgeable, not to mention, SO patient. Will def be back.
