Hunter was incredible; an encyclopedia of weed knowledge. The store has that at-home feel. The concentrate selection is superb. If you aren't shopping here already, you're a kook.

Great location, friendly shop.

Asked about a product on the shelf (no names) and the bud tender was very upfront and honest, he told me why I should choose something else. Showed me some very high quality live resin hooked me up with 3 different strains, each better than the other. Now I’m stoned to the bone and extremely happy with the service I was provided.

The guys are great and friendly and they always seem to have potent meds. Not a huge selection but everything I have tried is quality.

This place is my favorite when it comes to customer service but they could add a few more strains to choose from to top it off because variety is key. I have been to almost every shop in town and I stick to 3 of them that I go back to time after time and the medication station is one of them. Keep up the good work.

First I will say I have gone to this shop over the years and had nothing short of great experience... Today was a different story, As I walked in the shop I was, as expected asked if I had a mask on me.. My response was "No, I do not, I have a Medical Exemption" . The Bud Tender gave me a long dirty look from hell while seemed odd so I asked If there was a problem.. Her response was that "I was very rude and condescending" and which took me very much by surprise so honestly I just felt bad and apologized to her by saying that if what I said had offended her that I'm truly sorry.. She didn't seem to happy despite my apology and was immediately stand-offish from there on out.. I proceeded my purchase, and while I'm very grateful for the 15% deal on carts today, I gotta say that my experience left a really bad taste in my mouth.. I will not be returning to this shop ever again and for anyone with real medical issues that enabled you to wear a mask I strongly urge shopping elsewhere...Or Maybe just avoid Saturdays and the vibe will be a little different.. Honestly I've never had a bad experience at Higher Elevations until today. I'm sure the owners and (most)budtenders are friendly and helpful and I mean no ill-will towards them.. This is just a 100% honest review of my experience today.

I called to find a particular strain. They did not have but recommended a new strain, I picked some up and found it to be way superior than what I had asked for.

My hands down favorite dispensary. Excellent quality products, their top shelf is unparalleled, knowledgable and friendly staff, great atmosphere, and they will find a way for you to walk away happy, regardless of your budget.

Who do I shop here? I shop here because everyone who works here, including the Owner, were involved in and passionate about the cannabis industry BEFORE it became legal. They use cannabis for its therapeutic properties first and for recreation second. The level of care and compassion here is genuine and Higher Elevation was self made. No trust fund paid their way to start a shop. They didn't frown on weed then jump on the legalization bandwagon to support it just for it to be a money grab. These folks invest and believe in the plant AND IT SHOWS. Thank you Nolan, Pete, Jordan, Grace, and Hunter.

My first visit to Medication Station and left very impressed. Top shelf buds at good prices ... even better, friendly, knowledgeable bud tenders. I'll be back for another visit very soon! Definitely worth checking out, I think you'll put them on your top 3 list.

Not a bad shop, but very limited selection with only okay quality. Nice service, but just not competitive with other top tier shops in Bend...

Great place, and I think the employees are super friendly. They inform me of the specials they are having, and I am always satisfied when I leave. I will continue doing business here, p.s. glad that snotty front desk lady is gone, that's were the unfriendly part came from, I'm sure!

I really like this place. No frills, no gimmicks, just cool people and the finest of herb products in all of Oregon. The realest MF-ers work here and it shows that they love it and take pride in their work by sharing reviews, knowledge, experiences, and other.

Wow, never been here and was really impressed by their flower, so sick of 50 types of so so at other shops. The budtender that helped me was a guru.
