The Medication Station - Cottage Grove

So I normally don't review a shop twice, but the Med Station deserves a shout out! I've bought three different pre rolls from three different shops in lane county over the past week and all three have been crap! They are packed too tight for a nice draw, burn unevenly, frequently go out and don't taste like the quality ground flowers I expected. The Med Station on the other hand has consistently had quality pre rolls. The cones are packed perfectly and they burn even, slow and smooth. The cherry on top..its obvious they grind quality flowers, it's all in the taste! Keep em rollin 😀

was skeptical about this place for awhile. was very impressed once I walked in. customer service was awesome. not a big selection of flower but quality is all that matters. prices were actually really good also. will most likely be my place to go! and best of all I live down the street! got the bubba nice and will be back for there cherry kola...looks amazing!

I will NEVER visit the Medication Station again. They have been back and forth with hours and information since they have opened, which is confusing. Also, If they treat their customers how they have treated their prior staff, I want nothing to do with the business. I do not think that a business like this belongs in a town like Cottage Grove.

I got 2 100 MG squibs and I didnt really feel the affects. Maybe my tolerance is way up? But this is a nice small place, they open up early and have daily deals. Check them out.

I have found Ashley to deliver excellent, knowledgeable and friendly customer service to assist me with my medical needs for the past two years.

I used to purchase from a different dispensary and came to the Cottage Grove location when the other was closed. I have been coming here ever since. I never feel rushed to make a decision and purchase like the other place. And when I ask for a recommendation they are usually right on with what I want. The variety is great, and so is the staff! 💙

I come here on a weekly basis and spend 100$ or more. Last week I came in and asked to smell the Entourage vape cartridges like I always do. The employee who helped me (I think it was the manager actually) told me that they don't smell. I kinda laughed at him and said yes they do. He said they have rubber caps on the top and the bottom that prevents it. He opened one but held it away from me. I tried to bring it closer so I could smell it and he's like woah you can't touch this (ok I get that but it's been a while since someone freaked out about COVID on me, especially in this town). He reluctantly let me smell it and I found one that smelled and one that didn't. I ended up getting both. It's true some of them don't have much smell but the point is I'm looking for the ones that do. I returned this week and was informed that the manager told everyone that they aren't allowed to open product on display at all anymore in order to keep it in it's best condition. It doesn't take a genius to see this was directed at me. Are you telling me you won't open the flower for people? Or the dabs? Everyone has some ritual for how they pick their weed and its the sellers job to facilitate that if it reasonable to do so. How are people supposed to pick their weed? I thought the rubber caps sealed them anyway. This is shameful customer service from management. I'm flabbergasted. I've never had a dispensary not let me smell a product on display. That is the whole reason they are on display, so they can be displayed. If your telling me that opening the outer case of the cartridge degrades it in some way then I'm Elon Musk. Even at the height of the pandemic I wasn't treated this way. I'll be taking my 400-500$ a month and spending it elsewhere. The rest of the employees are great.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I love that they have a description for their flower of how it helps you. I'd definitely recommend the Golden Goat and Dr. Who for flower strains. They do have a veteran discount which helps. Will be taking a trip there again to get the essentials. Thanks for your help! 👍

Great service and great workers.

So last week i purchased purple punch, little light green nuggets, tonight i bought purple punch and it looks nothing like the one i bought last week. A lil more leafy, dark green purple hue less dense... Definitely not the same weed, whats up with that? Thats not good. But i do like this version of it, feels more gdp than the brighter greener, denser nugs i bought last week which actually gave me anxiety attacks. Wish i could up load a picture of it. Needs to be fixed...some people cant have certain strains. Not cool.

From the coast to here in Cottage Grove, their consistency and friendly staff always don’t for me. They always have good deals, give veteran discounts and have knowledgeable staff.
