The team is kind and very helpful. Literally can’t beat the prices anywhere. Bud quality isn’t great but I got two ounces for a total of $80. Best prices I’ve ever seen. Certainly a great deal and would recommend.

My go-to place. Friendly, affordable and mostly consistent. Last time I bought gummies, the contents did not match the product inside. But, that is a manufacturing issue, also the only risk. I'll not go anywhere else. Thanks folks!!
This is the first dispensary I visited in NY and it is still my favorite. I have been here a few times. Everyone there is very nice, friendly, and helpful. Today I think there was an issue with the ATM and it was promptly fixed. Usually I get a text if substitutions are made on my order but I did not get that this time. We reviewed everything in the store but I may have liked the option to have picked my own replacements online, like I have done before. But still, an overall 5/5 experience.
love this place! sure the $30/oz aren't the *highest* quality nugs (a little stemmy and a little seedy), but it's still good weed! more than worth it for the price!
I've sampled plenty of places north, west and south in western new york. This place has the best value by far if you're looking for ounces, particularly. The employees are always very friendly and patient. This economic climate needed The Lab, keep it up guys! : )
