Craft Cannabis - Wenatchee

Coming from FL the whole recreational marijuana thing was new to me, so I did a little research and decided to visit The Joint. Wow! So much to see. They call the weed flower here. It was overwhelming but not rushed and all my questions were answered. So, of course I returned and mentioned needing a job! #budtendergirl As an employee I am very proud to be a part of this Great Team! The customers are the Best! We take great pride in our store and we all share a passion for this amazing plant!

First time visiting, spent forever trying to find the right place to go get good flower and at a good price. Huge selection, biggest in town I've seen so far! Definitely will be coming back, and they've got a discount program, 10 visits and 20% off!

A great place to stop and shop. The daily deals and specials are a great perk to this business. The staff is great at helping you find what you need.

No help to medical at all All I got was the runaround about how he knew all the laws governing MMJ.WHAT A JOKE!Will spend my money elsewhere.Too Arrogant for me.Will shop elsewhere in Wenatchee.

Excellent location, excellent product, excellent prices.

*Summary at bottom (Lol) This is like literally the only place I go. Once in a blue moon I will see what other places have to offer. Not very often though. I have a hard time leaving anytime I go in, ask the employees. Everyone that works here is amazing. Great customer service, and just generally good people. Always have sales going, just depends on what day it is as to what is on sale. Visit a few times a week to take advantage of everything. Such a wide selection of flavors, strains, and brands. Last thing I'll add is the sales floor is perfect. Always clean, well lit, open (even when busy), and you feel welcome. In summary... The Joint in Wenatchee has phenomenal employees (each and every one of them). Their product always gives you a great selection, and is definitely good product. The store is exactly what you want it to be, and more. If you are looking for a place to go to once or make your go-to location, this is it. P.S. My go to product is the Blue Rock Acres 6-pack of joints. Comes with 3 grams of product, roughly half gram in each joint. Only $20. And if you want to check legitimacy of this review, ask them about the red head who brought in apples. They know me.

I love The Joint, every time I go in I feel like I get their full attention, the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and just plain good people! They always make me and my Service Dog's visit a joy.

It's a huge shop inside. I had no help whatsoever though, even when I asked for recommendations. I have specific needs, as I am a medical patient and I felt fairly ignored, even as I was just looking around. Prices are expensive. I was unhappy with two of my purchases. I won't be back.

I WILL NEVER EVER shop here again! Please take a moment to read my review and I will tell you why. I travel 3 hrs for Chemo treatments, forgot my Vape Pen, & had to purchase one here that unfortunately leaked and never would hold a charge past 10 hits. So of course I either wanted a refund or at least a working Vap Pen. I kept my receipt like told, in case of any problems. So I brought it back into the shop, with the receipt like told, and the Very RUDE ASST. MANAGER TAYLOR, told me he couldn't do anything with the Broken Pen because it was still kind of working. He even saw it was a leaky mess, and the Very RUDE Young Man saw I wasn't happy about telling me since it still is kind of working and not totally broke, there was nothing he could do. He laughed at me several times, in front of other customers, and thought it was funny that I was upset. Very BAD way of conducting a Business. Especially when you are put in charge when the Manager is gone. You do not laugh at your customers! He made me feel like a Stupid Ol Lady. I left with no argument. So yeah.. A lot of waisted money and time down the drain!!

Quality inventory with great prices! The staff is friendly and helpful. Also, ordering online is awesomely convenient. The Joint is my go to place in Wenatchee.

They have a great vibe. Extremely professional from the moment you walk through the door. Very knowledgeable about the strains they carry as well. It's a mix of value and quality that brought me in, but it's the attitude of the staff in the ever expanding culture of Recreational Marijuana that keeps me coming back!!!

This shop has a great selection of products and fair prices but when this shop gets busy the customer service always sucks but if you happen to go in when they are not busy the customer service is great the associates are helpful and knowlageable about there product

I was trying to explain what I was looking for, trying out a new strain, and the response I got was "are you sure you even like pot"... Come on dude no need to be rude. I liked this store but apparently they don't need or want my money so I'm done shopping at the Joint

Just can't get enough of this place and the environment! I enjoy my edibles, and everyone in the store knows just which ones I like! I love all the employees (especially one in specific!) he has a great attitude, he's an excellent salesman, and it helps that he is super good looking!
