So I've never been here before but I went on a Thursday around 1 or so. I waited 15-20min to even be serviced. The bud was all stems. All the flower was very small buds, almost like shake. Terrible bud quality. They had quite a few different choices. Not all the bids were small and they weigh up in front of you. Just didn't feel like paying top shelf prices for nothing but stems. Also, there were only two employees working and one of the women didn't know anything about the product or their effects. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. My overall experience and thoughts of this place was a resounding, "No. Never again."

I got some terrible carts from here and they would only replace them with the same expired ones they sold me the first time. Haven’t tried the flower but looks decent. Staff and atmosphere were cool.

I love the vibe here. Budtender’s ave very knowledgeable, helpful, and really spent the time giving me the 5 start service. Will definitely be back!

The Joint is my go-to neighborhood spot! The Budtenders are super knowledgeable and friendly - you can tell they have a passion for good weed. I’ve never felt rushed through here, and I like that the staff remember me each visit! It can sometimes get busy depending on the time of day, but it’s worth the wait!!

The pre-rolls are packed too tight to smoke :(

The Joint has been my favorite Colorado dispensary for many years. The staff has always been super friendly, professional and a source of valuable information about all things cannabis. Pricing and selection are second to non especially through their loyalty deals. I am also happy to report they have not only upgraded their loyalty program but have made things right after a challenging transition from the old loyalty program to the new. They never disappoint even when faced with challenges.

I Liked Everything about my visit . I got to see a beautiful sunset while walking to pick up my order . . When I entered , I felt like walking into a room with a couple of my friends their . Comfort and Chill , but still professional and orderly .. great place !

It was my first time there since they renovated the location and it was wonderful. Really nice and friendly staff who were helpful and made the process easier. They always have great deals, and the quality of their stuff is top notch. Try their Northern Lights. Stuff is so tasty, and helps a ton with inflammation, insomnia, and overall depression. Will definitely return for more!! Y'all are crushing it 💪

They don’t have much of a selection in terms of flower. The flower and pre rolls are also way overpriced compared to other dispensaries in the area. Employees are fine but there is always a wait.

Tgis use to be a great place with great customer swrvice. However, not anymore! I admit, about avary 6 months or so i vhange membership to another place and enjoy the incentive deal that comes along with signing at a new dispensary. But today a short unfriendly woman at the joint told me that since i had been a member there before that i didnt get the deal for signing my plants over. THATS JUST FOUL! I REALLY HOPE THAT THE HALF OZ FOR A DOLLAR SHE REFUSED ME WAS WORTH THE MONEY I WILL NO LONGER BE SPENDING AT THAT ESTABLISHMENT. I am big on customer service and today i recieved the worst in a year. I mean, tbey are called incentives for a reason.. either to get you to sign somewhere or to return somewhere. But i guess she didnt want me to return. Maybe my plants dont matter.. but there are lots of dispensaries in Denver that will be happy to show customer service . What a shame.. So, BUYER BEWARE! THE JOINT HAS LOST SOME OF WHAT MADE THEM GREAT. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EARNED THEM THIS REVIEW! SHAME SHAME
