Health for Life - Cave Creek

This is the 2nd time I went to this dispensary with problems or out of stock products. I took them off my "follow" list. Not purchasing from here anymore - too much of an inconvenience.

Can you say pathetic, I would have to say that after today's experience I would not recommend shopping here. I placed my order at 9am and my order was confirmed. I've tried calling them since 9am to verify that they received my order, but haven't been able to get through to them. I also tried contacting them through the leafly app. At 1pm I finally got a message stating that my order had been cancelled. So glad I didn't waste my time going there for nothing! Just an extremely horrible, HORRIBLE experience!!!!! I will how ever like to say that Sol flower was awesome and came correct today, thank you for that. They even delivered all the way from Sun City, to the 51st Ave and Indian School Rd area. Y'all may want to try hiring Sol Flower up in the future, forget Health for Life until they can come correct and honor patients orders, and get themselves organized. I mean how hard is that, or even simpler how hard is it to answer your damn phone 😉

Kinda upset with the staff for lying to me about the thc level on the grow sciences half I bought go to this location for flower I get grow sciences every time and he tells me it’s testing at 20 percent and I get home and it’s 16% I never buy anything under 19% I wouldn’t cared if it was an 1/8th but a half oz I spent 150 on smh 🤦🏻‍♂️ He is wrong for that foreal

The receptionist was so rude! Made me and my partner never want to go back. Other than that the flower was bomb

This is my favorite spot RN, great weed better prices. I love this spot the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They always say my name correctly and make me feel like family.

Despite having pre-ordered, when I arrived and was told to enter the facility there were at least a half a dozen other customers within a relatively small space. I did not feel comfortable entering and therefore had to wait outside for approximately 10 minutes before it was my turn. This is not a good process during the coronavirus. You are not observing social distancing inside the dispensary.

ftp,check in was easy,the lady behind the desk was very friendly.And so was my tender..razberry kush flower was very dry,,free 1/8 lemon kush also dry.free pre roll royal kush,have not used yet..flourish p.b. 100 mg cookie,was good..keef cola-blue dream,was also good,flourish 25mg cbd candy,have not used yet...all and all nice place,,flower could have been a little moister.all staff great job and very clean,safe. SUN CITY SINNER

This place is AMAZING! As far as dispensaries go in the current AZ industry, this one has it all! The peeps are great and know their ish and they always have great products and awesome deals. They have shown tremendous agility and perseverance through these rough times and I will forever be a loyal customer. Shame on y'all giving bad reviews about this great place and awesome people. Helpful Tips: A) No PERSON can control technology, so accept that and be humble and B) If you act like a dick, no one wants to help you anyways! Karma comes back

Only a few selections of flowers, came in for something was talked into something else I was very unhappy

I have been to many many collectives around the Phoenix area, THC ranks among the best. The Budtenders are knowledgeable and friendly, the prices are very fair, the main reason THC is my first choice, is the way patients are treated, the staff, especially Jennifer, sarah, and the manager Omar always make me feel welcome and appreciated...if I could give a 6th star rating, I would because of those three in particular...great people, great flower

Do no go here. Min 30mjn wait every time to get some dry flower not worth your time.

Worst scam and business in Arizona. They were selling drip products that were silver as gold, gold as platinum, and platinum as diamond. The receipt said gold and it was silver. The manager said they used different tier system and when I proved they didn't they gave me diamond tier as a replacement. Shortly after they can't carry drip at all

Not sure about this place anymore. They used to have the dopest specials, different all the time. Now same cookie cutter specials every week. Which might be cool if on Fridays you actually had the $60 half you advertise. For that matter, Sunday when you advertise pick your special... you might have that $60 half you've advertised. "Get in touch with management" not interested, more interested in y'all having the flower you've advertised. 30 minutes Friday to hear I know you've budgeted for this, but sorry. Thankfully I called today and didn't waste my time. Time to find a dispensary that can honor there ads. New P.O.S.? Need all my info again? Y'all didn't lose my number did you? Texting me all your bunk specials. Save it. Just putting this out here for the next unsuspecting customer.

Happy to visit as a first time patient but the service made it a horrible experience. Taking my business elsewhere.

I appreciate the dispensary service and I truly want to support all of our local dispensaries. However, this time, I felt I had to share my disappointing experience. I have visited this location several times. Sometimes, I have been very happy and other times somewhat disappointed. On this visit, the $10 grams I purchased "mothers helper" was not what is posted as the special on leafly (the reason I came in), but I tried it anyway. The medication has a decent effect, but the flowers are so dry, the 4g weighed well short of 4g when I got home, it didn't even weigh up to the amount I paid for! This is the first time I've ever been shorted in a dispensary, usually dispensary medication weighs over by a significant amount. Also, it was so dried out that it had a horrible, bitter taste. I also noticed that some of the grams (individual containers) were a horrible combination of scraggly buds and hardly a decent nugget to be found in each can. I know for a fact that I could've gone somewhere else and got a better deal, with better quality, and tax included in the list price, but unfortunately I decided to go to The Holistic Center. I have seen the manager comments on the other reviews, please, if there is some restitution to make this purchase better I'd be happy to return, otherwise I most likely will pass and go to one of your competitors, thank you.

Quality and service had been good, til lately. Ordered product online, received text saying it’s ready and to pick it up. Got there and they were out of half my order. Gave no apologies and no notice, drove 30 minutes to have them try to upsell to alternative product. Worse yet, in this covid era where we all have to wear masks, one of the girls in the pay area had her mask pulled to her neck the whole time, she went into a coughing and sneezing fit while I was there. Yes she’s behind plexiglass, but there are holes cut out of that plexiglass and other employees consistently in and out of that same 5x5 room. I spoke to a manager who said “they aren’t required to wear masks behind the plexiglass”. Seems odd when literally working right next to other people and speaking through a hole to another person standing 1 foot away. Anyway, disappointed in the service and lack of intelligent safe guarding.

After 3 years I finally had to head elsewhere :( Apparently they’re undergoing a merger and they’re not having the annual 420 party. I called about that plus concentrates in stock bc for almost 2 months no wax on sale. Went and planned to go back but Was waiting for the big party. Told me to come back for sales this week. In a wheelchair hard to do that. Seem to be going “high end” all about the industry and money and patients have to shop around instead of staying where comfortable instead of anxious. The staff is so nice but I guess new big corporate so... we will see
