Great concentrates with a friendly staff. Cant beat the specials either!

I have had my my card for about 4 years now. I've shopped 5 dispensaries and over 95% of the origin time, I shopped at the Holistic center. Now, it's 100%. I'm 60 years old, have several medical conditions. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Since I have been going to them, I have stopped taking tramadol, reduced my neurontin in half and have reduced my 10mg Oxycotin from 6 times per day to 2 times per day. Their product is high quality, weight spot on and consistent. I am thankful for the knowledge, experience and honesty that I receive from everyone at The Holistic Center. I am grateful that thru their products, I am able to work in my field (landscape contractor) right next to my men and not be crippled by the debilitating diseases that I have. Thanks guys and kudos to you for your professionalism, care and cinsistant quality of product and service you provide.

Great staff and selection!

Was bait and switched over the weekend on concentrates. Was sold a very light shatter, got home and it was super dark, almost black. Not only that but it was a CBD Shatter, which was not marked on the display, nor did the budtender inform me that it was a CBD Product. Flowers all void of smell. Left a similar review which they had removed. Way to go guys removing LEGIT BAD REVIEWS. Very disappointed on this visit.

I've been coming here for going on 3 years now. The staff is always friendly and well educated on their products. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable in both the waiting area and back in the patient area. The product is displayed beautifully and the staff takes their time with you to understand your ailment and explain what medications will help, how they help and give you reviews of the product based on personal knowledge or what other staff and/or patient's have experienced. The medication is always above grade, you get what you pay for; they are not least expensiveve in the valley nor are they over priced. They have a great client reward system, one of the better ones Ive seeen. It took me over a year to renew my card; When i did i had $60 dollars in reward money waiting for me. They still have some of the original faces there,it's like going to visit friends. Joe and Jessica are great! Daily Specials use to be a lot better A few years ago. Besides that this place rocks.

This place was my go to place until they got greedy and started charging tax. and now 25 a gram for girl scout cookies wow you can get that anywhere for 17 to 20 a gram.I go to swell farmacy now the meds are 50% better in my opinion no tax and they have 4 different 10 dollar grams at all times. And I got green candy yesterday for 8 a gram that's cool its way worth the 20 min drive.

I love this place, it's been great for many years. I am writing the review because they apparently changed their Veteran discount from 15% to 5%.. random. No one said anything and they removed the text on it from Leafly and their website (as a means to try to hide the decrease).. That's just bad business and I'll likely just head the other direction on Cave Creek to MUV, where I still get 15% off and I'm not considered below other people that simply work in the industry. Sorry, what I did was harder :P

best in town. first off, I was impressed when I first walked in. the staff was super friendly. best, most personal experience I've had at a dispensary. Cassie Brady was my bud tender and she was so knowledgeable. I'll be a regular customer from now on.

Omar the manager very disrespectful and told me that it was ok to refer a patient that was not in lobby but when it came to the point to recive the refferal bonus he said no can do, after the person i reffered made a purchase, thats why i asked before the purchase was made, lied to just to make a buck. The person i reffered was asked Is That All Your Gonna Buy and rolled there eyes.. owner or manager not Omar please contact me...

The quality of the meds is not any different than other dispensaries. They all carry the same strains. The prices are very high for me. Being a disabled vet on a monthly fixed income, I can only afford to come here when they run $10 g specials but that isn't very often. I did come in for my free birthday pre-roll. The gentleman who helped me led me to believe I could get any strain but that was not the case. I only had a choice of 3 strains. I picked the Cabbage Patch because he told me it is really good. After I told him that the pre-roll was all I wanted, he got very irritated and rude with me like I had just wasted his time. Don't know if I want to come back.

Great North Phoenix location, friendly staff and a clean facility. About average compared to other Valley dispensaries in terms of selection, potency, and value. They have a great selection of concentrates. Great location!

love this place! however donation prices are high plus tax too... I used to go weekly but have to cut back.

Ok, second time I visited here. First when they opened, and two weeks ago. They bait and switch. Got the Woodys OG, they showed me a gorgeous nugget on display with lab results. What I got was stemmy shake and popcorn nugs. This was most recently, month ago or so same thing. Order and get shake and popcorn nugs. First review and last with my card expiring in a month. Never felt the need to give a review. But I was insulted by the bait and switch, shake that tastes like pine. I want what I picked, not shake. I didn't know I was at a use Car Dealership. I'm a patient, a Veteran, and I'm not made of money. Can't we be honest? This is a movement. Don't take advantage of me.

I love how professional the environment as well as the staff are! They really helped calm my anxiety and helped me pick out what would work best for me!

First impression friendly customer service. Product was OK . close to my house . My second visit was much diffent Not very friendly . More arrogant Lack of knowledge Of the product. Last I received and e mail about your new harvest Gs for 25 wow must be really proud . I was a first time patient at The Holistic Center, I came in for the "Mix and Match" Black Label porducts, 7 grams for $150. So far I have tried the Green Crack live resin and Larry Glue rosin both products tasted AMAZING, and the Rosin got me extremely medicated. I havent tried the shatters I obtained yet, but from the look and smell they will be just as good as the other products. I also go a free pre roll and 3 free eighths because you get a free eighth with every $50 spent. The staff was also extremely helpful and friendly, and got me in and out very quickly and efficently. I normally don't take the time to write reviews, especially when there is nothing free involved; but they deserve it. Great service keep it up!

The Black Label Moon Rocks... I found myself doing Tai chi in my backyard for like an hour. I don’t know Tai chi.
