Ever since the new name the product went up, bravo guys

Wow they didn't even care to inform all their patients that tax is now added to the prices listed. I asked why and I got a well the state wants their money. No the holistic center doesn't want to pay the state anymore. It was in the az newsletter about how all the dispensaries are making lots of money. I'm sure holistic center is doing just fine. Always a long wait sometime to be disappointed by med quality. There is no strong medicine there at all, just average. Jack flash has baby seeds in it. I think the holistic center needs to start informing their patients better. They lost my business and I been going since they opened. Other places treat you better....

The products and service are excellent. Stephen was a great help with going over the many products in detail. He is very knowledgeable and patient. Stephen always goes out of his way to make sure I always get the products that work best for me. His customer service and professionalism is always spot on. Thank you Stephen!

To be honest I live near the dispensary and only go out if desperation. I use flowers and you are by far the most overpriced dispensary in the valley for flower. I am sure I am not the only patient that feels that way. I think you should address this if you want to keep flower customers happy. Just sayinG 😊

This place is awesome and I am not just talking about the atmosphere the customer service but the reefer is on point the flower is definitely not your typical dispensary carpet weed covered or just plated in fake frosted THC this is actually the real deal the nugs are usually nice and dense from your $25 eiths all the way to your full ounces of growth science from the real deal this is awesome product. I usually stick to the $35 eiths super good quality for your buck. They also have all kinds of concentrates and edibles you name it...

I ordered on of my favorite strains and it wasn't what it was supposed to be there was like three little nugs that was the strain I ordered I guess just to make it smell like it but the rest of it was some dark seedy ass dry shit an this was supposed to be a premium strain so I paid premium prices but got shit an this ain't the first time I will never go back to this dispensary oh yeah I never go any of my first time patients deals or anything at all

bad bud, bad selection, bad overall

The biggest bait & switch act I’ve ever experienced. How can you offer specials that either you conveniently ran out of or the price is higher when I go to cash out. WTF......I don’t think I will recommending this store to anyone. Never had a good experience

Usually I love this place. I always get the ten grams of shatter for normally $125 or so, but this time it was about $150 which I was totally fine with paying for the product I love. I asked for 5 grams of Sweet Black Angel and 5 grams of AMS. Then without my knowledge the bud tender gave me 5 Sour Banana Sherbert and 5 of the AMS and let me walk out of the store not knowing I had the wrong strains in my bag. Of course I got home and opened up the bag and saw this, figured everything would probably get taken care of the following day by the wonderful people over at The Holistic Center. Called them up this morning and they told me once you leave with the bag that's it. I should have been shown what was going into the bag if this is how your policy is. I have spent well over a thousand dollars here and I'm just very disappointed with how this played out. Especially because of the fact I work at a smoke shop and have sent many people here and I don't want this happening to them too.

I love the location... it was the first Dispensary I found on the day I decided to use my card,,,the guy that helped me answered all my questions without making me feel rushed...nice selection of all kinds of meds...I have enjoyed the Vaping and medible choices!

I have been here several times. I find the staff to be professional, and although still on the learning curve (aren't we all??) they are always more than willing to find the correct answers to my questions. I've asked a lot of questions, and never once felt pressured to make a decision or buy something that wouldn't help my particular situation.

This location has gone down hill. Highest prices for mid grade product. There bud is usually dry, and their growers don't flush their plants well. This results in crackling bowls, a few seeds, and the smell and taste of fertilizer in the bag and smoke. I bought a half gram of what they are calling shatter yesterday and it is black, has glitter in it, and is leaving a nasty residue in my bowl and taste in my mouth combined with a headache. Expect a wait too.

I have been coming to THC for awhile and always leave with a smile. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and always very helpful. Between the veterans discount and the great deals, they help keep my meds affordable.

Go here because its close to where I live. Prices are too high and Bloom seems to have better meds and Way better prices. Thinking about going back to Bloom farther drive but I think its worth it.PRICES ARE TO HIGH FOR A SO CALLED NON PROFIT DISPENSARY..

First time visit. Cassia was very helpful and patient with my questions. Discussed the many varieties and options available to help my migraines. Great selection and variety, friendly staff, well organized and nice environment.

just visited the Holistic Center for my first time it was an awesome experience Jessica was awesome and when they ran out of a strain I was looking for Joe found a way to make it better! I definitely will return

This location is great love there flowers. The budtenders are awesome. Thanks to Cassie Brady for helping me out on choosing the right flower for me.. You guys keep up the good work...
