Easy acces. Open floor with visually accessible products (many with clear packaging). It's not an over-designed interior. Actually it's pretty sparse, visually... But I have to say - it's low budget interior design is definitely reflected in what i feel is some of the Best Pricing in the Vanwa area..;) As well as Great product selection(the person helping was able to babbled out product information like he was a Pot-Bot (tm;)... lol. Seriously, he was an extremely helpful person... Good prices. Great customer service. Turns out the actual owner worked the door while the young man who checked my ID, offered to give me a tour of the product selection, layout, etc. - So, the owner actual works for a living, which is cool.. On the first visit, a Perfect experience - and they sell a local brand we wanted to try; Producer: Going Green [My sudo-sis 'Puffa' - is the head grower for G.G. So we had to go somewhere that sold Going Green products.. - Their Black Cherry Soda was very nice. And an awesome price if $32@3.5g.] So I give it a Big recommend! Double recommend if you pick up a Going Green Product =] see ya there... tc!!rm

I've been to other Herbery locations but this by far is my favorite. It doesn't have a "heady" feel to it which is very nice. The staff was helpful, treated my wife and myself with respect and with great customer service. They had a vendor, Smokiez there passing out edible samples which were boss! My go-to weed shop for sure.

Best selection of flower, edibles in the Couve👍👍. Staff have always gone out of their way to explain a lot of info and answer questions about the products they sell. Not to mention they have the best customer service I have experienced in the area.

First time purchase in WA, as an OR resident. First off, they have an amazing location with off the street access and easy freeway access, G-maps is spot on. The Staff I encountered while onsite was great and made this location the better for it. Bar none the selection was my reason for the drive, I have seen nothing like it before, the menu goes on and on. Even better is that what they had available on menu matches what is in store, no "sorry we're just out", I mean everything I went there for was present! If you get a chance, I seriously advise you stop in.

I get the honor of the first review for this new location for The Herbery. The location should be killer as it is right off of I-205 and Mill Plain and easy to get to. The store is minimal for decor and clean and bright. Nothing fancy here, but straight up weed and accessories. They had some great specials with $6 grams. For 6 bucks these were pretty good buds. I went to get the Sunset Sherbet which was $15 a gram. The $6 grams were just as good and one was a higher THC% than the SS. I've had better SS from these guys before (different grower). It seemed there were more varieties of flowers than are on the leafly menu. Overall? Good location, Average Buds and pricing. If this is a convenient location, go there but I wouldn't say it stands out as better or worse than other locations in town. (Other than MSM - UGH!)

Shop is impeccable, clean and modern. Service outstanding, great recommendations. Excellent pricing, glad to find Phat Panda products here too!

Three great quality 1/8ths for around 47 dollars. I came all the way from an unknown shwaggy Oregon location... Evolution flower is a great budget bud. Dry but potent. I cannot get flower this good in Oregon for 15 1/8th.

They have a good selection but went in today to get some CBD rso medicine and was told they weren't selling it and hoarding it till 4-20. who does that with the only real medicine.

I love how convenient this location is. The BudTenders are always welcoming and try to get to know you on a personal level to better serve you what you're looking for. Each BudTender is educated on the products being sold. The best part about the Herbery is the deals & packages on holidays/weekends. I have followed the company to this new location and I am not disappointed in my decision. Nick always has a friendly demeanor and knows how to make sure you get everything you need to complete the best experience with MJ.

I used to come here every other week (sometimes weekly) to purchase CBD RSO since they are one of the few dispensaries that carries multiple types of CBD RSO at a reasonable price. My last visit was extremely disappointing, as I was told by the budtender that they are "hoarding" their RSO for 4/20, including the CBD non psychoactive RSO that people like myself use for chronic medical conditions. I don't see any purpose in "hoarding (his words, not mine) your medicine when your patients/customers rely on you. Shame on you guys. The budtenders answer was "well, come back on 4/20 then". I've spent thousands of dollars at this store and that'll be the last time I spend a dime at any Herbery. Go elsewhere, these guys are only in it for the $$$

4/26 Bought "DRAFT SUBLINGUAL" $26 rip off. There was a vendor pushing the crap, with large promises. 8 blasts of this "foul tasting" concoction and nothing. Two trys, by two different people and nothing. The store should be more involved with the vendor choices.

Piss poor customer service! I got one bud tender he said I needed to go on break but he said he would help me so we start to help me and then halfway through the transaction he went on break and passed me to another bud tender. Also came in to buy different things with your website said you had and then once I got here you were out of stock. Don’t think I’ll be back to this location.

Tried there online ordering process and it duplicated something i didn’t notice it as the guy was reading it in the parking lot and they say it’s my fault and won’t do anything for me as the weed left the store I called from the parking lot they didn’t answer until the third time after I texted the the number for outside pickup! Waste of money and time they need a better process how am I suppose to hear a guy literally rushing to give me my weed with a mask on!

Great product and staff. I always have a great experience and no they didn’t pay me to say that. They take time and explain and are always patient with me when I’m deciding and I’m not even pretty. Seriously they are serious about only selling great quality products. I’m am a loyal Herberist.

Best selection of bud in Vancouver and Portland!!!!!!! They carry all the strains (not just 1 or 2 strain types) from the quality growers for good prices (like Cedar Creek, Cascadia Gardens, Phat Panda) and great discount bud selection to.

Convenient location on and off 205. Great staff, selection and layout. Plenty of options in all categories to make sure you leave happy. They will accommodate any budget and suggest a great deal to help you, not to make a more $$$ sale. Top marks:)
